It's now two thirty and I am walking with Natile to the helicopter that will take me to the building. I left Ruby a note for her and my brother to read. I walked out of the ‘orphanage’ for the first time in four years. Once I was out of the building I walked across the bridge to get to the helicopter. Once I’m there I climb onto the helicopter and Natalie follows me. We both get started in and the helicopter is lifted up into the air. “Miss Williamas didn't tell me you were coming with me” I started “This is your first mission so she can’t trust you to go alone.” she answered “why can’t she trust me?” “because you have never been on a mission before so you might run away” “you do remember I can tell when people are lying so tell me the truth” “she hasn’t put a tracker on you yet so you could run away and she wouldn’t be able to find you” she explained I just nodded and they looked out the window for the rest of the trip.
After a long uncomfortable three hours the helicopter finally landed quite far from the building or what’s left of the building. “Why did we land so far from the building?” I asked “because if we landed close we would have added suspicion. Now I need you to put on this mask” “ why?” “so people don’t see your identity”. I pulled the mask over my face and now the only colour in my suit is the cold that's on the mask. (the mask looks like this⬇️)

We start walking towards the building and it takes us about two hours to get there. By the time we got there it was dark out. “No one will be here so you're safe to use your powers” Natalie explained to me “I don’t know if I’ll be able to lift the rubble though” “all you have to do is believe in yourself” “that’s something I’ll always remember” I said as I smiled at her through my mask. I then repeated all you have to do is believe in yourself in my head over and over again as I tried to lift parts of the broken building with my powers.
Natalie/Naty’s pov
When Kaitlin smiled at me it made me realise that she still had a chance at a normal life. She’s only fourteen and Miss Williams doesn’t start tracking people until their sixteen so if she can find a way out by then she can live a great life. “Naty Look I found them” Kaitlin says but all I can focus on is what she called me “what did you just call me?” I asked “I’m sorry I won’t call you that again” she said looking down I lifted her head up to look at me with my two fingers “I love that name” I said “really?” “yup” I say popping in the P “now let's go get the twins” I say. She smiles at me through the mask again and then we start walking over to the twins. It was twin girls and they were both hidden under a bed I'm assuming to protect themselves.
Kaitlin/kate’s pov
I crouched down to see under the bed the twins were under. One had nice strawberry blond hair and the other had a nice dirty blonde colour, their eyes were both a nice teal colour, They looked to be about seven. “Hello” I said softly “h-hi” the one with dirty blonde hair replied “I’m here to help you and take you somewhere safe.” I explained to them to hopefully make them less scared “ok” the strawberry blonde whispered “Can you tell me your names and ages?” I asked “I’m Ella and that's Emma and we’re six” the dirty blonde answered “Well they are very pretty names” I said “what's your name?” Emma asked “My name is Kaitlin and my friend behind me is called Natalie” I answered happily “your names are pretty as well” Ella replied with a smile “would you like to come out from under here and go to your new home?” I asked. They both nodded and got out from under the bed. “We’ll carry you to the helicopter because it’s quite a long walk,” I told them.
It’s about five in the morning when we get back and the twins are fast asleep. They fell asleep about two hours ago. We walk back into ‘orphanage’ and we go straight to Miss Williams' office. Before going into her office we woke up the twins. When they were awake we knocked on the door and went in. “Hello girls, how did it go?” Miss Williams asked clearly not seeing the twins standing in the middle of us “the twins are right here Miss” Natile answered her” she stood from her desk and came to greet them. She kneels now so she’s close to their height. “Hello girls I’m Miss Williams I am one of the people who will be looking after you” she said to them “Hello Miss Williams I’m Ella and this is Emma thank you for taking us in” Ella replied she’s clearly the more comident one out of the two. “I’ll have Natalie show you to your new room,you’ll love it” she told the girls. They all left and now it’s just me and Miss Williams. “You did well,” she told me. I nodded and headed to my room.
When I got to my room Ruby jumped up and came over to me. “You’re back. I missed you” she said as she hugged me “I missed you too” I said and hugged her back. Me and Nate have to tell you something at breakfast” she says “can I get a clue?” “nope” she replied, popping in the P.
Two hours later it was breakfast time. I got a good hour and a half worth of sleep but I’ll survive. Me and Ruby go over to the table to meet Nathaniel and Natalie “why is Naty with nate?” I asked “she’s gonna help just trust me”. We go to the table and sit opposite them “what’s going on?” I asked “You remember when you got punished and we tried to help you?” Ruby answered my question with a question “yeah. What does that have to do with this?” I then asked “We have a plan to get out of this place. We made it when you were down there.” nathain then said “So what is this plan?” I then asked…
