Sapphire woke up the next day to the loud talking coming from Stileś room. She got up and put her hair into a messy bun before slipping on her slippers and walking towards the sound, stopping dead in her tracks when she saw Stiles putting restraints on Malia's wrists. Sapphire was about to say something but couldn't since her dad was now standing beside her with the same shocked expression.

Stiles stuttered out a response "hey um, thats- this is- this isn't what you think at all" he said while Malia innocently smiled at them.

Noah just looked away shaking his head "I don't even wanna know" he said before walking away from the awkward situation."There's nothing to know, cause there just-" Stiles started before Malia interrupted.

"I don't get it" she said

Sapphire stifled a laugh while shaking her head "probably best that you don't, Lia" she said before walking back to her room to get ready for the day.

Sapphire was sitting at a table reading a book when she saw Liam running towards someone. He grabbed onto a pole to lean on while the other boy looked towards him.

They were talking while Sapphire put her book into her bag, slinging it over her shoulder and heading towards them.

"Hey Liam, how are you?" she asked, referring to the bite.

Liam looked at her before looking towards the other boy avoiding the question "um- Sapphire this is Mason".

Mason reached out a hand for her to shake, she accepted and shook his hand "it's nice to meet you Sapphire" he said.

Sapphire let go of his hand before responding "likewise".

"What happened to your arm?" Mason asked, pointing to Liam's bandaged arm.

Sapphire tried to think of an excuse, but couldn't when she noticed Liam looking dizzy.

"Dude a-are you okay?" Mason asked concerned for his friend.

Liam leaned on a rail looking out into the distance spotting Scott who was looking at him concerned. Sapphire stood beside him worriedly before putting her hand on his shoulder trying to comfort him.

Liam stood back his breathing heavy "I-I'll talk to you later I've gotta get to class" Liam said before walking off.

Sapphire looked over to Mason before giving him an apologetic look "sorry, I'll go talk to him" she said before Mason nodded.

Sapphire followed Liam into the school trying to catch up with him "Liam, wait up!" she yelled.

Liam ignored her and continued walking before he noticed Scott following him too. He tried to get away but stopped when Stiles appeared in front of him.

"Liam, hey wait!" Stiles yelled.

"We need to talk to you" Scott said calmly.

"Please Liam I just want to talk" Sapphire pleaded.

Liam looked at the three of them "no you need to back the hell off, all of you!" he yelled startling Sapphire.

She was shocked at his outburst and to be honest, a little hurt.

"Can you just listen for one second, please" Scott tried to reason.

Liam looked at him waiting for him to speak. Scott looked at Stiles before he started talking.

"Liam.... we're brothers now" Scott started.

Liam looked at him like he was crazy while Sapphire chuckled at Scott.

"What?" Liam asked, confused.

"Oh god, that's" Stiles started looking down embarrassed.

"What are you talking about, we just met and you bit me!" Liam said.

"The bite... the bite is a gift" Scott said but didn't sound convincing. Sapphire could tell he wasn't sure what to say.

"Scott stop, please stop" Sapphire said, slapping her hand to her forehead in shame.

"You we are trying to help you, you little runt" Stile said pointing at Liam.

Liam looked at the three like they were crazy "by kidnapping me?"

"To clarify I was not a part of that, I'm the one who untied you and tried to help you" Sapphire said calmly.

"Liam, I've gone through this before, somethings happening to you... something big". Scott explained. 

Liam shook his head, his eyes switching between the three "nothings happening to me" he said before lifting up his arm and ripping off the bandage to reveal the bite but it had healed. "Nothing!".

Scott looked in shock while Liam just walked off leaving the three teens.

"I'm not sharing my basement" Malia said to the group.

"Actually it's my basement, and my mom knows you tore it up last time" Lydia said.

"Alright, she's still learning" Stiles said, defending his girlfriend.

"Well we're gonna use the boat house Liam, it's got support beams we can chain him to one of them" Scott explained.

"Okay but how do we get him to the lake house if he doesn't trust us?" Kira asked.

"I say if it stops him from killing someone, we just chloroform the little bastard and throw him in the lake" Stiles said.

"No, no we are not doing that Stiles" Sapphire said hitting the back of his head causing him to groan in pain and look at her.

"Ouch, you didn't have to do that" he exclaimed.

"How about we tell him there's a party and invite him" Lydia suggests.

Stiles looked at her smiling slightly "so, you're gonna ask out a freshman?".

"No, I'm done with teenage boys. But since he's a freshman then it makes sense that Saph asks since she's also freshman" Lydia explains.

Sapphire looked at her like she was crazy "fuck no, I'm not asking him out" she exclimed.

Everyone stayed silent, looking at her.

"Oh c'mon it makes the most sense, please Saph?" Malia pleads.

Sapphire looks at her annoyed before sighing "ugh fine, I'll do it but you all owe me, big time!" she says before walking off.

Sapphire stood behind a wall, preparing herself for what was about to happen. The bell for next period rang and she waited for Liam to walk out of class. She saw him and Mason exit the classroom talking before she started walking. Liam stopped dead in his tracks once he saw her, she had her books in her hands as she walked down the hallway. Liam stared in awe at the girl as she smiled at him before 'accidentally' walking into his shoulder, her books fell to the ground and so did she. With a groan she looked towards Liam who stared in shock, quickly kneeling down to help her.

"Shit are you okay?" he asked while picking up her books then helping her up.

Sapphire nodded before speaking "yeah totally, hey there's this party tonight, do you wanna go with me?" she asked confidently.

Liam looked shocked but smiled at her before nodding "yeah, sure".

"Great, here's my number. I'll text you the details" she said before handing him a slip of paper and walking off with a smile on her face.
