Chaos broke out. It was to loud for you to hear anything.
Rachel stepped forward and everyone went silent.
That's one way to shut them up.
There was no way that she would intimidate you though. She was a friend.
You got up to see if you could talk to Annabeth, after all, she knew morse code.
"Hey Annabeth, can I ask you something?" You asked
She seemed happy to forget the pandemonium. "Sure, what's up?"
"Can you teach me morse code?"
"Yeah, why?"
"No reason! I just thought it might be helpful!"
"Ok... I'll get you a cheat sheet by tomorrow morning."
You thanked her, and ran back to your seat.
"What'd I miss?" You asked Will
"Rachel is giving another prophecy!"
You sat back and listened to her prophecy.
Child of lightning, beware the earth
The giants revenge, the eight shall birth
The forge and the dove shall break the cage, and death unleash through Hera's rage.
A fourth, the sun, to come and learn
As the forces of Gaea begin to return.Rachel collapsed, but was caught. Piper was the one to break the silence.
"Is that normal? Like, does she always spew green smoke?"
"Gods you're dense!" Drew was clearly happy to yell at Piper "She just issued a prophecy, stupid."
You seemed to know what to say next.
"Drew, shut up. It's a prophecy to save Hera."
"Why don't you both just-"
"Drew. I believe you were told to SHUT UP. But something about this definitely isn't normal. If breaking Hera's cage unleashes her rage and causes a bunch of death... why would we free her? It could be-"
"A trap," You suggested "Or she might turn on her rescuers. She kinda ... hates heroes."
"It's not like I have much of a choice," Jason said "Hera took my memories, and I'm gonna get them back. Besides, we can't just not save the queen of the heavens when she's in trouble."
Annabeth sighed but agreed with Jason.
"Well now we just have to pick our heroes." Chiron said
"Oh, OBVIOUSLY!" Drew yelled
Then she and Piper began fighting about who should go when you yelled
"Maybe we should sort this out later."
Everyone agreed, except the two girls.
"So we'll sort out the dove later. What about the sun, which was labeled as a fourth." Jason asked
Annabeth thought for a bit, then said "Will, or y/n, any of you up for the job?"
"No way, no how." Will immediately responded "What I'd someone gets hurt here and I'm not there?"
"Obviously not." You responded. Everyone knew about the sarcasm that you couldn't go a day without using.
"Wait but then who else will represent the sun?"
Silence, then laughter. It was Jason, of course. He'd never been to camp, so you figured that's why he asked.
"Y/n, silly. You don't know about her sarcasm?" Connor Stoll yelled with a huge smile on his face.
Jason said "Oh." Then chuckled, then moved on.
You got up and left. It didn't really matter who else went with you, as long as they weren't a Nike kid, which was highly doubted considering the prophecy said lightning, forge, dove, and sun. That meant children of Zues, Hepheastus, Aphrodide, and Apollo.
When the cabin finally stood before you, you realized that there would be no co-counseler for Cabin 7.
Why did that mean so much? For one thing, Will was almost always at the infirmary, so someone else needed to represent and keep campers in order. For another, it just gave you authority, even though there were older campers, you had more years than anyone, even Will. You just didn't need to be head counselor.

Dear Hera,
Do you know where you are?
I'm trying not to scream my heart out onto the floor.
But now I've help stop a war.
