After getting dressed, I go downstairs and run into Via. She stands by the back door and admits that she is about to get into trouble, her lame excuses make it obvious that she's terrible at lying. I sigh and walk towards the front door and put my shoes on and open the door. I got a contract this morning from the Headmaster, stating that my mission to continue working for them has not been completed. He has given me a mission to assassinate a store owner, apparently the owner has been running a secret Black Market trade with some crafty individuals.
I shut the front door, locked it, and walked towards the car. I had told Mrs. J that I was going to be out for the night and wasn't expecting to be home until later. She smiled and said that she would save me a plate for when I got back. I thanked her and proceeded to follow through with my plan. It was a simple job really, blend into the clientele's list and pretend to be an entrepreneur, looking for certain body parts to buy for my collection. After making an offer, I was ordered to execute everyone involved. It was sick, but I knew it would work with someone as deranged as that, they didn't care what you were interested in, as long as you could pay the price.
Starting the car up, I turned on the radio and inputted the directions for the warehouse that we were to meet at. It was only an hour or so away from the house, just enough distance not to cause suspicion. The owner, a man in his late 40's was a short, balding man that sounded like he had no regards for human life. Not saying that I looked down on him for that, but the fact that he so openly accepts anyone is just plain idiocy. I mean, what kind of guy kills people, cuts apart their bodies, and then sells then to other people for profit, then proceeds to act as if he is a Samaritan. I hate people like that, at least V and I know what we do for a living, we don't go around announcing it to others, and we certainly don't sell the dead corpse bits. That's just psychotic.
The navigation system announces that I am only five minutes away from my destination, I cautiously park around the back of the building, avoiding the other cars that parked towards the front. The warehouse is rundown, looking like it could easily fall apart if a strong gust of wind blew against it. I park the car and pop the trunk, shutting the driver's door, I open the trunk and move some items out of the way, revealing a cloth handle and pull up. Various weapons and toxic poisons sit neatly in the custom made organizer, from assault rifles to poison, I have everything I could ever need in a job. I grab the dagger and a vile of fast acting poison and some lighter fluid.
Shutting the trunk and storing the weapons in my jacket, I lock the car and head inside. The sound of my shoes against the gravel echoes throughout the surrounding area. From the looks of it, there aren't many people inside, there's only a few dozen cars in the front. I straighten up and open the door, loud, metallic creaking noises alert the other people gathered around various tables. It's dim and reeks of rust and formalide, jars and containers are scattered around the beaten up plastic tables, various types of people glance my way and scoff, probably seeing how young I am.
"Excuse me, young man. I believe you are in the wrong area". I turn my head slightly to the left and see an older man, around his 60's against the wall eyeing me up. I put my hand in my pocket and meet his greying eyes.
" I don't believe I am, this is the place where you can buy body parts and such, is it not?" I smirk and gesture towards the various body parts kept a few dozen feet away. He directs his attention towards the jars and angrily grunts.
"No one is allowed access unless they have an invitation. So unless you have one, I suggest you start saying your prayers". He got up from the chair he was sitting on and made his towards me. I chuckled and removed my had from my pocket, holding a folded piece of paper. He stopped a few feet away from me and squinted his eyes.
