VIA'S P.O.V.

After I went off on Leo, his face changed. I must have said something that set him off.. I wonder what I said? I ponder to a moment ago and think through what I said. Oh shit. I said it, about mom and dad. Fuck.. I'm not going to hear the end of this, am I?

" V, care to explain how you know about mom and dad?" Leo says calmly.

I glimpsed at him out of the corner of my eye and paused. He looked enraged. Oh shit, this can't be good. The moment I was about to speak, the overhead speakers came on.

"Flight 927 is now boarding. Flight 927 is boarding at Gate 3."

I don't even hesitate. I grab my stuff and get the hell out of there. I hurry towards the Gate number in hopes of stalling the conversation as long as I can.

"VIA, Stop running!" Leo shouts behind me.

I hasitly turn around and see Leo right on my tail. Before he can stop me, I arrive in front of the gate, out of breath.

"H-hello, this is my First Class ticket." I manage to get out.

God, I'm soo out of shape, I haven't trained in the last week. I need to start with harder workouts once I get to the States. I hand the lady in front of me the ticket and background information that is needed in order to go out of the country.

She is quite small, her frame has no mass to it, poor girl. Only a stick, hopefully she eats more in the future. Her hair is in a small bun at the top of her head with a hat covering the side of her face. The blonde strands hang loosely around her face and stick to her collar. Her bright Barbie lipstick is annoying to see and her eyes are too plastered with makeup. She isn't ugly, but with all the makeup, I can't even distinguish her skin tone without looking at her neck.

She smiles brightly. "Thank you miss, head towards the flight attendant and she will help you with whatever you will need on your way to the States. Have a good flight!" Chirping as loudly as possible.

I don't concern myself to correct her, and put her in her place. She doesn't know our family, our past, so i'll let it go, I got bigger problems. I hear a deep voice behind me.

"Hello there, I also have a First Class flight." My brother says as nonchalantly as he can.

"Oh! of course, Here you go Mr.-" she was cut off immediately. "Actually, my sister and I really have to get on the plane, so if you excuse me.." He waves her off and avoids his name getting spoken out loud.

Her face wavers for a split second with disappointment.

"Of course, sir. Here is your information back and have a wonderful flight." Her face doesn't have that abnormally sized grin on anymore, guess she wasn't able to attract him with her plastic charms.

Oh well, serves her right.

"Via stop walking so damn fast! We are literally sitting right next to each other on the plane." He sighs.

He knows that I won't talk to him about it.

We sit down on the leather seats and place our carry on bags in the compartment above us. I ended up getting the window seat while he is sitting towards the isle. After buckling our seatbelts in, a flight attendant came around and offered pillows and blankets to everyone since it is about 12 hours in the sky. Which means i'm stuck with my persistent brother for almost half a day. How wonderful is that. Note the sarcasm. I just want to sleep and not think about anything.

6 hours later..

I wake up with a jolt. Someone keeps nudging my arm.

"Ughh leave me alone~" I whine. I just need another four hours to feel like I'm not dead inside.

" V, wake up, come on Via wakey wakey."

Leo. Of course it's that annoying bastard.

"What do you want? You know I'm trying to sleep." I moan.

He sighs. " Via, it's 4:35 in the morning, you never sleep this long."

I groggily open my eyes and I'm met by the sunlight burning through my eye sockets. I cringe and cover my face with my hands, trying to salvage my vision.
Something loud comes from my left side. I hear Leo mutter something under his breath.

"There princess, the window is closed, you can open your eyes now." He says obnoxiously.

I reluctantly open my eyes and look around. All I see are the backs of the two rows in front of me.

"Why did you wake me up? I had such a nice nap."
I rub my eyes and yawn.

" We are only a few hours away, aren't you excited?" He exclaims.
I glare at him. No, I want to be sleeping still, not listening to your obnoxious ass voice.

" You know, I was having such a nice nap, and you woke me up to tell me that we are only a few hours away? You must want to die." I give him my most intimidating look that I can muster and get ready to go back to bed.

"Now leave me alone, Leo, I'm going back to sleep." I whisper.

He huffs and turns to face away from me.

I gather the unkept blanket and cover my body with it until I don't feel the cold airplane air anymore. Just as I am feeling my body shut down, an announcement comes on from the overhang.

"All passengers, all passengers please buckle your seatbelt, the seatbelt sign is on.. There has been a storm spotted ahead and we might receive some turbulence in the process."

I grunt and throw the blanket off of me and search for the seatbelt. It's stuck under his seat. Goddamnit, now I have to ask him to reposition his seat in order for me to get my seatbelt.

"Hey Leo, can you move your seat up just a bit? I need to get my seatbelt from underneath you." I ask politely.

"Hmm you know since you asked nicely.. I guess I will. Only because the lady told us to."

He moves his seat up and I yank the seatbelt free.

"Thank you."

I put the seatbelt on and attempt to fall back asleep.

      .......
Some time later I wake up with a sense of urgency, taking in the view around me, I see the rows of passengers asleep or reading a book. I open the sliding shade and see the thunderstorm raging outside of the plane. I watch in awe as the lightning strikes and flashes every which way, as each one gets closer, the turbulence gets rougher. I see Leo sleeping like a baby and decide it's only fair to wake him up as well.

"Leo! Look outside! Isn't it beautiful?" I say quietly, making sure to not disturb the other passengers.

He opens his right eye slightly and sees me staring at him, annoyed, he turns facing the other way and ignores what I said.

"Leo, I know you can hear me, come on, we are almost there anyways. You might as well enjoy the rest of the flight." I say cheekily.

He groans and turns on his reading light and looks out the window.

"Yes Via I see the thunderstorm, is it that important that you had to mess up my beauty sleep?" He says groggily.

"Yes, because you did the same thing to me shithead, now enjoy the rest of the flight." I chuckled softly, facing the window.
