Biana POV:

I woke up in a cold sweat.

Where am I?

I looked around the room I was in, everything blurry. Was I in my room? I rubbed my eyes and my vision cleared. I could make out my soft pink walls and my desk which was unusually cluttered. I racked my brain for answers on how I got here. I remember getting ready to go to the dance but what happened? How did I end up in bed?

I pushed my covers aside and rolled out of my bed and onto my cold wooden floors. I trudged over to the window where a small crack of light flooded through. I pulled my curtains aside as the sun hit my face and nearly blinded me.

Memories of last night hit me like a tsunami.

Keefe's face.

Sam's tears.

Tam's voice.

Glimmer's smile.

Sophie's astonished look.

...

Tam's voice.

I couldn't quiet remember everything but I could still make out Tam's soft voice.

"You're going to be alright Biana. Everything's going to be ok. You'll see."

My arm closed the curtains once again, as if to their own accord. My feet stepped forwards, pulling me back into bed. I somehow fell asleep again, Tam's voice echoing in my brain.

"Everything's going to be ok..."

Tam POV:

Last night was a train-wreck.

So many things happened at once.

So many secrets got spilled.

So many lies were told.

-------------The Night Of The Dance--------------

I heard the doorbell ringing and the soft sound of Linh's footsteps down the hall as she raced to get the door before I could.

She got there mere seconds before I did.

"Hi Glimmer! Long time, no see! I love your dress!" Linh gushed.

"O-oh, really? Thank you. It's nice to see you as well." Glimmer replied.

I nudged Linh's arm, pushing her aside so I could see Glimmer. I feel guilty saying this but she looked beautiful. She wore a a black dress that complimented her skin tone, it had rose coloured flowers from the waist up and on the underside of her dress. The dress was slightly shorter near the front and was longer on the back that made it even more stylish.

I was at a loss of words.

Linh smirked at me, and Glimmer just looked down at her heels.

"Ready to go?" I said frantically.

"Y-yeah, let's go." Glimmer said, looking up at my face with a warm smile.

My cheeks grew warm. I waved goodbye to Linh and we walked to Glimmer's car.

Sam POV:

I needed everything to be perfect.

The night, my clothes, everything.

I grabbed some hair spray and set my stray hair into place with a squirt. I looked down at my watch to see the time. I was supposed to be picking up Biana at 5:30.

Crap.

It was 5:26 already.

I grabbed some emergency hair spray and shoved it into the trunk of my car and drove over to Biana's house.

I softly pushed the doorbell, the sound muffled from where I was standing. I saw a figure through the frosted glass on the door. I put on a smile as I heard the lock click and the door slowly open.

"Biana! Someone's here for you!"
