Scott's Perspective-

fWhip would like to meet me!" Jimmy said, reading a letter.

"What for?" Scott asked, looking over his lover's shoulder.

"He says, '...to make another cod head for you. I would like to end this war and combine cod and salmon to make a new, better cod head."

"You should go!" Scott said.

"What if he's lying. What if..."

"Jimmy. You should go. It would be great to finally end this blight. Besides, I have to leave again to meet with Lizzie and it would be good for you to get out of house."

"Hmmm... I guess you're right."

"Love you, bye." Scott said, kissing Jimmy.

"Bye."

Scott flew out to Lizzie's empire, the ocean.

"Hello, Lizzie." Scott said, bowing.

"Hello Scott." Lizzie said, walking up to him.

"Do you have the goods we discussed?" She asked.

Scott laughed. "Lizzie stop it. You're going to make people think we're exchanging drugs."

"Wait we're not?" She asked.

Scott rolled his eyes and brought out the wool he brought to trade.

"Let me grab the sea lanterns. Be right back."

Lizzie said, leaving the room.

-Meanwhile

"You ready, Jim?" fWhip asked.

Jimmy and fWhip were in the reactor, making a new cod head for Jim.

He had lost it ever since he was banned from his own empire, but people still called him the Cod Father, out of pity.

"Do it!"

fWhip and Jimmy had made up and finally ended the Cod War.

They were putting salmon and cod together to make a better head for Jimmy.

"Alright!" fWhip shouted.

"3...2....1!!"

fWhip and Jimmy pulled down the leaver, causing the salmon and cod to collide.

After a couple of seconds,
"Go." fWhip said.

"What? Why? Is it done?" Jimmy asked, confused.

"GO!" fWhip shouted, fear was in his eyes.

Jimmy, still confused on what was happening, decided to listen to fWhip and ran out.

fWhip was mashing buttons, pulling leavers, and running around the reactor in a panic.

Jimmy ran, as fast as he could, trying to get out of Grimlands.

And then,
BOOM!

Jimmy fell down from the shaking of the ground.

"Jimmy! Wake up, please..."

Jimmy gasped as he woke up.

He looked around, he wasn't in the Grimlands anymore, he was in the Ocean Empire.

He saw Lizzie beside his bed, crying.

"Oh, Jim! You're up! You're awake! Are you okay? I tried my best to heal you. You know I've only just started practicing magic."

Jimmy looked outside and saw that the ocean looked lower than usual.

"Lizzie. What happened."

He saw tears start coming down her face again.
"Jimmy... you've been knocked out for hours.
Gem and fWhip saved you and fled. The dragon egg didn't hatch yet, so Gem took it with her when she left. The ocean and swamp waters have drained, the blood sheep rained. Pearl and Sausage are dead. Joey's corrupted and his kingdom is on fire. Large cracks are ripping apart House Blossom, Shelby left to find her people, and Xornoth... has escaped."

How long have I been out?! Jimmy started panicking.

"Where's Scott?" He asked, tears running down his face.

"He left for Rivendell, and... I haven't heard from him after that. He told me to get you to safety and he would visit you when he's done with Xornoth."

"Has he come?"

"I... no..."

Jimmy shot up and started flying towards Rivendell, Lizzie close behind.

When they arrived, they saw a huge platform made of tentacles and fire.

Jimmy saw two people laying on the platform.

He landed on the platform and ran up to Scott.

"Scott..." Jimmy sobbed, picking up Scott's numb body.

"Please... no... don't leave me... you can't..."

Lizzie grabbed Jimmy's shoulder and said, "Jim... you can't do anything about it. I'm sorry, he's dead."

"No... no he's not. You're training magic, can't you revive him?"

"Jim I... I'm not that skilled."

Jimmy started crying.

Yes, Scott killed Xornoth by killing himself, but was it really worth it? Couldn't there have been another way?

"Jim, when the water leaves the ocean, we're going to die." Lizzie said.

"I'm not leaving him. I'm going to die with him." Jimmy sobbed.

Lizzie hesitated but nodded.

"I'm going to find Joel." Lizzie said, getting ready to fly off.

"Jimmy... I love you. I always will. I will never forget you, my dear brother." And she flew off.

Jimmy was crying again over Scott.

After a couple seconds, he knew that he only had a few minutes left of life.

He got up, grabbed a glowing red poppy that was on the mountain, and laid down next to Scott.

"I never thought I would go out like this." He said to himself.

"But at least I got to go out with my Flower Husband."

He had his last breath and laid peacefully.

And he swore he could've felt someone grab his hand...

It was Scott.
