Her POV
It was another catch up party and although there was 30 people here my old friend group was up on the chairs,
I was in a black dress and I'd thrown my fake leather jacket on and I felt like I looked good, that was until I saw my old school friends.
Mia always has and always will be gorgeous her boyfriend was perched next to her with his arm thrown over her,
Molly was sat across from me and she looked great and we still talk so we were fine,
Maisy and her boyfriend are long distance most of the year as Maisy is always out the country doing what not, so I give it 30 minutes before they're making out.
"So y/n how's college?"Mia asked and I smiled
"It's good, you met some of the people from the last party right?"I asked, she didn't- she was too drunk too.
"So what's going on in your love life Molly?"Daniel (Mia's boyfriend) asked, he was so sweet-Mia did not deserve him one bit
"Nothing!"Molly replied and gave me a fed up look
"Now that's not true what about Luke!"I joked and she laughed as he was her hallway crush
"Who's Luke?"Mia asked seriously and we laughed
"No one! Don't worry!"Molly replied shooting me a look
"No I need to meet him! Especially before I leave!"she added, reminding us Once again she was leaving for university- and I still don't care
"Babes it was a joke!"Molly replied
"What about you?"Daniel then asked me and I looked around briefly seeing Maisy with her hands all in Matt her boyfriends hair
"What about me?"I asked and he gave me a look so I rolled my eyes jokingly as he asked someone else next, while Molly grabbed her and I a drink
"You look really pretty tonight!"she said handing me my drink as she sat back down and I smiled at her
"She does doesn't she!"Tom my boyfriend said and I smiled as he kissed my head
"Sorry I'm late everyone!"he said briefly looking around the group before taking my seat
"You driving tonight?"I asked and he shook his head kissing my hand
"I'm sorry, who are you guys again?"he then asked and I didn't miss the slight smirk on Molly's face as I walked off to grab him a beer
Once I had handed it to him he placed a hand on my hip to pull me down so I was sitting on him
"So that makes you Daniels girlfriend?"Tom asked and I smirked into my glass as Mia let out a little gasp of shock,Molly hiding a smile too.
It was ALWAYS Mia's boyfriend never has anyone not known Mia's name
I hadn't even told him to do that...
Granted Tom has met both Molly and Mia before and he was not a fan of Mia
He squeezed my hip slightly so I sunk down into him comfortably when Mia continued her interrogation
"So do you work?" She asked and I stood up to grab a cigarette feeling Toms gaze on me, my dress was particularly tight tonight...and chosen for him.
Returning I heard Mia mumbled something about our jobs matching
They did I mean he's a bartender and I'm a waitress, that's a hot combo
"So how did you guys meet then?"she added as I sat down across Tom his eyes watching my hands
"College!"I replied looking up at Mindy placing the cigarette between my lips gaze falling down to look for the lighter but Tom was already lighting it for me making me smile
"Little miss social smoker!"Tom joked into my ear as I felt his breath against my neck and rolled my eyes before he took a puff himself.
"Where's your other half?"I asked and Tom chucked then nodded just as Haz appeared around the corner
