It was long before recorded history when mankind sparked its first flame.
It has been with us throughout it all, a warm meeting place for the first spoken stories, to help us venture to the cold north Doggerland's, aiding in desperate plights of war & destruction. Humanity has even carried it within their hearts unbeknownst to them, as all living things need its presence to thrive. Often you can look deep into the eye of a passionate man and see it lurch underneath.
We have been told to fear what it is, and what it can do if it grows out of our control. Fire does not discriminate in its deeds, but it is not inherently evil.
It is an energy that can be bought forward with a single word and taken away with another. Like all energy in this empty universe, it is only borrowed and must be given back when you no longer have a use for it.
The question is whatwill you do with your flame while you possess it?
