It's already test week and I was feeling nervous again, I picked up my phone and called Ayesha to ask if she was prepared she said yes but she has been practicing English for long hours. She was originally an Arab and English wasn't her official language but she was great in speaking so I told her it wouldn't be hard in writing and hopefully I prayed she got an A in it.
I also called Maya to confirm if she was prepared and she was literally screaming and admitted that she had been studying all night. I congratulated her and told her we'll see in class then I hung up
I quickly prepared for school and had breakfast with the family. Mom and dad wished me, Savannah and Jordan best of luck before we left for school. Once we reached the School I had very little time to revise all that I can remember from what I've learnt and suddenly the bell was gone and students were literally in a chaos but in no time it all came under control.
We were put into different classes and as soon as we heard the start bell we commenced on our test; I read the questions carefully before I attempted them and soon enough I was done and left the class and met Maya already outside "Where's Ayesha?" I asked
"Probably still in class" Maya said "She'll soon come out, anyways how was the English paper?" She added
"It was ok. Next paper is math right?" I asked
"Yes, let's prepare and revise before Ayesha comes" she said then we started to solve some Arithmetic and equations and soon Ayesha came out and joined us
"How was it?" we both asked her curios to know how she tackled it.
"It went fine, I'm nervous but I believe I'll pass" she replied "Special thanks to you Hannah, I wouldn't have done it without you" she added
"Awn, I did nothing. I'm glad you answered everything; now please help us with these Arithmetic ' I begged and she did and luckily we understood. It was time and we had to return back to class
I was very nervous to the point that my hands were shaking but I got hold of myself and tried to calm down before the papers were distributed. When they were shared I took a look out of hesitation but they're almost the same questions I revised with Ayesha
I was extremely happy, I took my time in answering them and I was done on time and left the class this time I met Ayesha and Maya out already
"This time you're the last to come out and I was first, how did it go?" Ayesha said laughing, I hugged her and thanked her, explaining to her that I attempted all the questions and I actually have hope that I'll get most of them correct. She congratulated me too and we were already getting set to go home they both asked if they could come over to my house and I was more than glad to have them as my guests.
I told Jordan I had visitors today as the three of us entered his car and Savannah soon joined in
"Hey guys" Savannah greeted as she sat down and closed the car door
"Hi, you must be Savannah, I'm Maya I've heard so much about you and nice to meet you in person!" Maya said to Savannah
"Yes me too I'm glad we got to meet you, I'm Ayesha by the way" Ayesha added
"Its nice meeting you Maya and Ayesha I actually recognize you, you were in our class before right?" Savannah asked
"Yes I was, but switched because of my future occupation" Ayesha explained
"Ahh, that's fine, am glad it's settled now and nice to meet you as well"
<This snake> I thought to myself
