This chapter will make you understand the formal ways to great people you meet. This is very crucial part of Polish Life. So let's begin!

"Pan" = Masculine formal
Example:

"Pani" = Feminine formal
Example:

These are used in place of "On/Ona" to greet someone older or with respect.

When using plural form we use,
"Państwo" in place of "Oni/One"
Example:

[Panowie/ Panie ]????
[ Again Note that when speaking directly to the respected person you don't say "Ty" but "Pan/Pani" ]

[ There might be some places where "Pan" turns into "Pana" like
??????? ]

Okay now that's clear, we move on to something easier by reviewing our Genders for things we know of by adding "This" in Polish to it.

In Polish, the demonstrative pronoun "this" has three forms, which are "to," "ta," and "ten." The choice of which form to use depends on the gender and number of the noun being referred to.

To - This form is used for neuter gender nouns.
Example: To jest moje piwo. (This is my beer.)

Ta - This form is used for feminine gender nouns.
Example: Ta kawa jest pyszna. (This coffee is delicious.)

Ten - This form is used for masculine gender nouns.
Example: Ten samochód jest mój. (This car is mine.)

Additionally, in Polish, the form of "this" changes depending on whether the noun it's modifying is in the singular or plural form.

For example, when using the masculine form "ten," we use the form "ci" when modifying plural masculine nouns.
Example: Ci ludzie są moimi przyjaciółmi. (These people are my friends.)

When using the feminine form "ta," we use the form "te" when modifying plural feminine nouns.
Example: Te dziewczyny są bardzo mądre. (These girls are very smart.)

When using the neuter form "to," we use the form "te" when modifying plural neuter nouns.
Example: Te psy są bardzo przyjazne. (These dogs are very friendly.)

In conclusion, understanding the gender and number of the noun being referred to is needed to determine which form of "this" to use in Polish.
