Telling Aizawa
Aizawa and his newly adopted son were having their weekly lunch together in the silence of Class 1-A's homeroom when his phone rang. Both of the tired-looking males quiet as he answers the phone and hears a meek voice ask, "Hello? I-is this Shouta Aizawa?"
"Yes. And who is this?", he responds.
"I'm-um-I- I'm Izuku Midoriya"
Sigh, this is going to take the entire lunch period. "And what do you need, Mr. Midoriya?"
"Well-um- I called UA's educationally support office and they told me that I needed to talk to you...."
So it is one of these phone calls, Eraserhead thinks. "About?"
"I- uh- I need to visit a s-student in Class 1-A-"
"Who? And why?" Shinso looks up from eating his lunch and lifts up an eyebrow.
"Uh-well- Kac-Katsuki. Ka-Katsuki Bakugou. He is -um- uh- my boyfriend and- um- there's-" Aziawa was about to interrupt the stuttering teen but the phone was taken away from the poor boy by a more feminine version of Bakugou's voice. "Sorry, dear. I was going to let you do this, but at this rate, it's going to take all night. Shouta Aizawa?"
"Yes."
"This is Mitsuki Bakugou, Kastsuki's mom. My brat is going to be having a visitor over for the weekend. He is a close family friend and Kastsuki's boyfriend. So we just need your permission for him to stay in the dorms."
"Is that all?"
"Yes, thank you for your time!" Mitsuki then hangs up the phone.
His number one problem child had some explaining to do. But for now, he was going to enjoy his lunch with his new son.
+++++++++++++++++++++++
That 'explaining' did happen the next day after school when he kept Bakugou behind to inform him of his upcoming visitor.
"Bakugou, please stay behind for a minute," it takes a few minutes before the last of the idiots left, but soon enough it was just him and the explosive teen in the room.
"What do you need, Sensei?" said teen huffs out as he stands in front of the teacher's desk.
"I just needed to tell you that you will be having a visitor over this weekend. He has been approved for staying in the dorm until Monday morning when he will be going home."
"Who-"
Aizawa cuts him off with a bland, "Some boy named Izuku Midoriya. Your mom and he claimed he was your boyfriend and needed to visit this weekend."
"Why-"
Bakugou growls at being interrupted for a second time, but the black-haired teacher just sighs and then explains, "They didn't give a reason to me, but it was a good enough one that Nezu thought he should stay."
"Tch, whatever," Kastuki brushes him off before asking, "He will be coming Friday?"
"Yes, after school has ended." The blonde then starts to pick up his bag and other supplies when Aizawa comments, "You know, I never took you for the type to have friends out of school, let alone a boyfriend no one knows about."
"That's none of your, or any of the extras, business."
"I agree, but I still find it surprising that you have one. And clearly have for at least before school started."
Surprisingly the teen did not seem to get upset and just continued to talk in the calmest tone Aizawa had heard from him in his entire time knowing Bakugou, "Tch, we were fr-friends when we were younger. I decided to ask the nerd out a few months before middle school ended. Of course, he didn't understand that I wanted to date him until a month later, but we have been dating ever since," and if that didn't break Aizawa's entire opinion of Bakugou. "Anyway, I'll see you tomorrow, Sensei."
It seems the class grouch had an entirely softer side to him that lay within the meek little boy that he had heard a day earlier.
