Chapter 28

Im going to fair warn you guys of this now. I dont know to much about these two, I know the basic shit and everything that they are about. However I have not really watched or read anything with these two so the way they act is most likely not going to be like in cannon. Its going to be basically me making up how they act but also trying to stick with the way I know they act from the little things I have seen of these two. So there is your little heads up.

"He is at home" Superman said

My dad left early in the morning said something about there being business up in the tower, honestly there has been something going on up there for the past week so it doesn't surprise me anymore. Mom left awhile ago for work and my brother is with dad up in the tower so I've been home alone for a while now. I could go to my grandparents house but to be honest its kinda nice to be alone which sounds weird coming from me considering I am the one that wants to be doing something at all times

Im currently cleaning up my room since I have nothing better to do plus my mom keeps threating to ground me if I dont do it and I would like to have my training sessions with my dad and brother plus see my boyfriend so sue me

 I heard the zetatubes in the barn go off but I dont think much of it thinking its just my dad or brother coming to check up on me, plus make sure Im not burning the house down.....again. However I know its not either one of them when I hear climbing on the wall outside and my window opening

"You know there are doors for a reason" 

I get no response instead I hear my bed creek when Damian belly flopped on it burring his face in my pillows. I turn around and sure enough he is trying to suffocate himself with my pillows, but somehow still leaving the clothes I have on my bed in the neat piles they are in 

"Do you want to talk about what is making you try to kill yourself with pillows" I asked

He growled into the pillow and thats all I got as a response

"You know that isn't actually talking. Thats just growling which is a language I do not speak" 

Lifting his head from the pillows Damian glares at me and while looking me in the eyes takes one of his hands and pushes the neat pile of cloths over so now they are on the floor all messed up

"DAMIAN!!! I just folded those!" 

He just shrugged and went back to failing at killing himself

"Stop trying to kill yourself with my pillows I dont feel like trying to explain to B why his son is lying dead in my bed with a pillow over his face" 

Damian rolled over and rolled his eyes at me and then stared at the ceiling. Satisfied with the fact he is not trying to kill himself, I go back to cleaning up. Especially now that I have to refold those clothes. After a while of me cleaning off my bed and Damian laying there he started to talk

"I have a brother" 

"Yeah you have two of them, I have one to who happens to be friends with both of them. I know your family Dami, one is over here quite often" 

"No I have another brother, not Todd or Drake but an older one, one older than those two" 

I paused just staring at him. He turned his head to stare back at me and for a minute or so we just stared at each other

"Im sorry but what" I asked while sitting down next to him

"I have another older brother. His name is Richard Grayson. He was the first Robin now known as Nightwing. Deathstroke knew about him, hell Deathstroke is his dad" 

"Im sorry but you are related to NIGHTWING!! As in Jump City, leader of the Teen Titans and Titans East. The one that does all of the cool tricks while also somehow defeating the enemy with his team Nightwing" 

"Yep the very one. Now if you could stop fanboying over him, that would be amazing" 

"sorry, so what is he like" 

"I dont know, energetic I guess. Hes a good father and uncle, he stopped everything to pay attention to what the children needed. He is also very protective of the kids and his team.   He still holds a grudge against father and the Justice League. Especially father once he figured out we were all robins at some point" 

"Why would he be mad about that, its just a name that he had when he was younger. What do you mean at some point, your robin right now" 

"I guess his mom gave him the name Robin before he had to watch his parents fall to their deaths, and father did not get permission from him to pass the name to three people he hasn't meet until a couple days ago. It feels weird knowing where Robin came from and how it was given to us..... to me, without the original knowing. I always thought Todd came up with the stupid name and just left it at that, I never thought to ask Todd where it came from" 

It was silent after that for a while neither of us knew what to say. How do you respond to something like that. I lied down next to Damian and hugged him resting my head on his chest

"Hey!! what are you doing, get off of me!"

"You and I both know that you need a hug whether you like to admit it or not so stop fighting it, plus you cant lift me" I said the last part smirking 

 He tried to fight me a bit on it and then gave up after a while, he sighed and just layed there thinking. We stayed like that for awhile and I guess at some point we fell asleep 

(Time skip) 

I was woken up by a phone buzzing. When I opened my eyes and looked up Damian was on his phone playing games and texting someone

"How long have you been up, how long did we pass out for" 

"I woke up about 20 minuets ago and we slept for an hour and half" 

"Who are you texting" 

"Father, he wants me home so we can all sit down and talk. I am to assume this is going to be him trying to make amends again with Grayson" 

I nodded 

"Shouldnt you get going then" 

"I told him that you were passed out on me and I was not going to move until you woke up, who knows when that will ever be" He said smirking

"You know I should take offence in you using me to get out of dealing with your family issues"

"Ok and" 

"Thats it" 

"What is the point of saying that if you are not going to say something else after wards" 

"Just to annoy you" 

Damian huffed and we just stayed the way we were for a bit longer. About 10 minuets passed until I got off of him

"Ok you should get going before B comes over here and drags you out by your ear..... like last time" 

Damian just glared but still got up and started for the window. I stopped him before he could climb out and kissed him

"Text me after ok" 

"Fine" 

With that he climbed down and took the zetatubes to the batcave. I looked around and sighed remember I have to actually put away the refolded cloths now
