Sketch 7 Noirion Battle

Sora POV

"Arista!! Arista, where are you!?"

I have been looking around for her along with the baby fairy, Kyu-Kyun, for sometime now and there has been no sign of her anywhere. I really hope she didn't get in trouble with some wild creature. We suddenly heard gunshots and shouting coming southwest from where we are and we followed it to some sort of shrine where Arista is fighting some sort of..boar..thingy.

"Arista!" I shouted. "I found you! W what is that thing?"

"Get back, Water Girl," she exclaimed. "This thing is a Noirion! It's completely powerful and ravenous!"

When the boar Noirion turns to face me, it licked its lips seeing at Kyu-Kyun before charging after her. I grabbed her and dodged the attack in time before getting up and bringing out my keychain. "Zodiac Shining Summon! Aquarius!"

I threw the keychain and it turned into the same boomerang I had before. It landed in my hand as I prepared to fight this thing. "Water Bearer Boomerang!"

"Are you insane!?" Arista called out. "You can't just take this thing on!"

However, I didn't listen. I fired my Star-Charmed Weapon at the Noirion but it kept moving out of the way, leaving only a few scratches. It may have eventually tired me out but I wasn't going to back down. Unfortunately, that confidence became my downfall. I was suddenly hit by the Noirion right to where Arista is, Kyu-Kyun flying to me worriedly.

"Ow.." I muttered. "That thing is strong."

"You idiot," Arista growled, pulling my ear to stand up.

"Ow!! Watch the ears!"

"Listen, you can't face that Noirion! It's too strong for a newbie like you!"

"Speak for yourself! You had a hard time beating it when we got here!"

That suddenly made me stop and think. We couldn't handle the boar Noirion by ourselves.. unless the two of us work together.

My thoughts were interrupted by the Noirion roaring and scraping his hoof on the ground ready to charge again.

"Arista," I began. "I hate to say this, but unless the two of us combine our powers and destroy it together, we have no chance of winning."

"You're crazy," she yelled. "No way am I gonna team up with you."

"Well what other choice do we have? You do want me to get strong enough so that I can battle you again right? If this thing takes me out, you'll never get that opportunity to get me back for beating you."

What happened next made wanna laugh my hide off. Arista gave me the most funniest fuming face I have ever seen, I can almost swear that her cheeks were puffing like balloons.

"Why the bullseye did you have to say that!? Damn it all..Fine! Let's team up."

"Thank you!" I shrieked with glee.

But my excitement was suddenly halted by the roar of the Noirion before it charged at us again. We managed to jump out of the way but suddenly the thing came after me and it led me to continue my battle with it.

Arista took this time to take out her Virgo Gem and attach it to one of her guns with a leather band before shouting, "Zodiac Shining Summon! Virgo!!" She threw it up in the air and it transformed into her Star-Charmed Weapon again before landing it back in her hand. "Maiden's Revolver!"

Arista fired a few shots at it while I shot my boomerang toward its chest to blast it back. However, the Noirion stood its ground and went to attack me. I managed to block it in time but it left me with a small bruise on my arm. Arista, on the other hand, took the opportunity to aim at it. "Move, Sora!"

I jump out of the way and held out my Water Bearer Boomerang in the air. "Great spirits of the wind, bless my Star-Charmed Weapon with your strength!!"

A strong gust of wind flew by the monster straight to my Water Bearer Boomerang and I feel it surging with its power making it glow. Now is the opportunity for us to finish this.

"Aqua Whirlwind!!" I yelled!

"Navy Chariot Shot!!" Arista chimed in!

I threw my boomerang at it at the same time she shot her navy blue powerful bullet that sprouted into the same pansy shaped aura as before. Slowly combining into one powerful beam of Estella energy, it hit the Noirion finally striking and destroying it in a blinding light.

After what seemed like 5 minutes, the light faded until all that was seen is an orb of maroon, dark purple and black energy. "W what's that?" I asked.

"Estella energy," Arista answered me in a vague tone. "But.. it's been corrupted..it can be purified though. But it has to be by someone who controls Elemental Magic"

"Like..wind or earth?"

"Exactly."

I walked over and reached out to touch it but she stopped me. "Not with your hands, you idiot. You have to use your wind magic to purify it. Isn't that what you used to power up your boomerang?"

"Oh..Yeah. You're right."

I closed my eyes and began to concentrate. Suddenly a strong breeze flew in behind through the three of us and circled around the orb. It swept it up in a small tornado and in a few moments, it became a bright, white and pale green light before it disappeared back into the atmosphere.

Yay!! I finally finished another chapter! I must say it was really epic writing this, I felt like I was really there! I can't wait so see what happens from here.
