Nandini's pov

Later that evening I was laying in my room doing nothing but getting bored

I was so engrossed in my thoughts that I didn't realized Mukti's presence

"Nandu!" I looked at her as she jerked me a bit

"You here?" I asked

"Yeah but where are you lost?"

"Nowhere" I said and sat properly

"Nandu?" I looked at her "I know this is not the first time but still I am sorry I mean I don't know why I am like this I... I always try to protect you but end up hurting you only" she said

"Its fine Mukti I am not angry anymore"

"I know you aren't but I know you are hurt"

"I'm fine" I said and smiled

"I am sorry Nandini please forgive me please"

I hugged her

We talked a little more then she asked me to come at her place which I agreed as well

We were going towards her car but stopped listening Abhi's voice

"Where are you going girls?" He asked

"At Mukti's place" I said

"Why do you have a problem?"

"Mutki?" I said glaring her

"Wo ho slow down girl I just asked"

"Then don't ask"

"Okayyy! By the way Nandini I was coming to you only actually I am throwing a party today at my place, my friends class fellows everyone is coming so I thought to invite you as well along with your friends I mean it will be fun" he said

"What type of a party?" Mutki asked

"Uhm Party you know like we hang out with friends"

"We are in" She said and I looked at her shocked

"That's good I will be waiting for you and yeah I am sending you the location Nandini ok" he said and left

"What was that?" I asked

"What?"

"You were so rude to him a minute ago and now you are going in his party?"

"Yeah its because I haven't done any party since long so yeah We are going and that's final" she said and I nodded

Later that night we got ready and left. Cabir isn't with us as he has to leave the city for some office work so its just me, Mutki and Kartik

I am sitting on a corner having my drink peacefully. I am getting bored here I mean I don't know anyone here and Mutki she is busy dancing with Abhimanyu yeah right can you imagine she is the same girl who was all rude to him about an 2 hours ago and now dancing with him, whatever

Kartik has left to attend a call and I am sitting alone. Manik and his other friends were sitting in front of me on a couch, he was again and again looking at me and the intensity in his eyes is just... Fuck I am literally having shivers inside my legs
