•Jasmine's POV•

Days has passed and I think it's save to say that me and Dmarco are doing good. A few nights ago he took me out on a date and I feel my old self being reborn all over again.

I missed that side of me that only seemed to live when I was around him, in his embrace.
The night after the event I lost controll and I dare to say I am happy about that.
I missed him so much but damn he left me in pieces.

I'm now on my way to his house super excited to see him.

Reaching the front gates John opened it for me as I makde my way in his house but I heard voices a woman's voice and his voice.

Maybe it's best I don't intrude now..
"Should I just wait for Dmarco here?" I asked the elderly man John and he nodded "Yes I think so...it would anyways be better if you give them a little bit of space they are in a middle of an argument..." He says and I can't stop myself from asking "Who?"

"Mr Hunter and his mother." Is all he said and I nod my head knowing that their fights can get ugly real fast.

Getting comfortable I sat down on his kitchen chairs playing with the tips of my hair trying my best not to listen to what they were talking about but it was getting difficult seeing they were now practically yelling to one another.

"Why Mother?! You always come and mess everything up for me. Jesus!" Dmarco's voice booms and I jump in fright "Really?! She is a nothing! Nothing! Yet you are back with her?Does she even know what you had done to her?" His mother's voice speaks this time and I can't help but wonder what it is they are talking about...

Seems like it's me?
And what does she mean 'What you had done to her?'
I'm so very much confused right now...

"Mother if I was you I would rather shut my mouth. Because you know very well it was you and dad who had done all those stuff to Jasmine and her family!" He yells my mouth falls open . What are they talking about?

And what does my family have to do with this?

"Yet you were part of it weren't you son? You are part of the reason of her mothers death."

Mum? My mother?
Her death? No it couldn't be. She died in that bank robbery.

"I wasn't!" He was now crying and there were tears threatening to go pass my eyes onto my cheeks as I got off of my seat slowly walking over to where they were a wall blocking them from seeing me as I listened.

"For goodness sake you have a kid too but yet you continue to stay with that Jasmine girly. You will never learn will you? Your father did you a favor by getting rid of her and her parents and what? Five years later you dive straight back in. You have Megan! The mother of your son!" She yells at him and I feel a feeling I haven't felt in years.

Betrayal.
Oh it burns it hurts.

Let me just get this straight.
He has a son? With Megan? The woman he left me for? He didn't tell me. He somehow has something to do with my parents? And my mother's death?

Before I can stop myself I walk into the room seeing Dmarco angrily looking down at his mother and she looks up at him mad too, my hill boots causing the both of their heads to slowly turn to me.

Shock on both of their faces.
"What part do you have in my Mother's death Dmarco?" I ask now angry and he looks back at his mom and then me muttering something underneath his breath but he keeps quiet.

"Dmarco! Answer me." I demand and his mother takes a seat staring at the floor her hands in her lap "Jasmine... I- let me explain but not here-" I interrupted him "No. Here. Talk to me Dmarco." I say stepping closer to him.

"Yes Dmarco talk to her." I hear his mother's voice as she sits back smiling, his fists now clenched beside him "It's complicated baby... Can we just go talk somewhere else?" He asks and I felt my eyes now burning as I shake my head "No... Explain everything here. Now." I say to him my foot impatiently tapping against the wooden floor.
