The first day of Leia's heat is the last day of my cycle.
I requested chocolate, she requested sex.

The look on Kai face when she kept taking off her clothes. I'm pretty sure he wanted just as much as she did. But he has been the picture of southern gentleman. He told her he respects her enough to wait til they are married. And man did that piss her off. LOL! He better look out. She already pull the stunt with no bra under her dress. That made him want to tear the house down.
I tried a couple of times to talk to her about Gem. But Gem has been her friend since the belong of our stay here so she has brush the conversation off like I'm just being paranoid. But if her powers are like mine. After this first heat is over they will start developing rather quickly. Maybe then we can talk about Gems unusual actives lately.
It still is so shocking to me what happened with Leia's eye changing color. And since she has been home every once in a while it catches me off guard.
Any way I am on duty to take food to my sister today. So off to the alpha suite I go.
I knock on the door and Kai unlocks it and let's me in as he heads out. Locking us both in. The doors have been reenforced so they are not easy to knock down by wolves. Unmated makes can get really aggressive when females go into heat. I also see she got the pretty door draft guards as well. Ha! We are not so different after all.
On today's menu is tacos. Sabrina makes the best tacos.
Side note it's the first real meal I had here after I woke up. Now they have a special place in my heart.
Sabrina the head cook, she makes best chicken birria tacos known to man. And her and the cooks serve them up with mashed black beans, pepper, onions, and cheese. With a wedge of lime. And oh man they are heaven.
Leia and I set down to eat. And at first the silence was peaceful. Then I opened my mouth and told her about Tyee and I's kiss.
All hell broke lose.
"What do you mean you guys had a passionate embrace? He fucking said he would wait til you were 18 years old Joan. Fucking pervert. Does he think he will get away with this? I'm going to tell Kai."
I am completely in shock. I don't know if it hormones or what but WOAH!
"Lllleeeeeeiiiiiaaaaa!"
"WHAT!"
"WOAH sis. Leia I'm asking you to chill for a second sis. Mom never talk to us about kissing or dating. Just finding our mates. You went to the same school I did. Sex ed was really basic. I just wanted to talk sister to sister. Since we don't have mom anymore. You are all I have to try and figure out my heart."
Leia looks at me for what seems like a few minutes. I can see both her eyes are blue now. Sky comes to the front.
"Leia is taking a minute to calm herself baby girl. She is pretty hhhhmmmm how do I say this nicely. Hormonal right now. So talk to me for a few minutes while she collects herself."
"Sky can you hear my wolf at all?"
"Joan when you were asleep for a long time. Not to long ago. I could hear her crying once. But not really. I can smell her more now. Before I couldn't smell your wolf at all if that means anything. However I can see your snapshot thingies. You touched me once when you had one. It's like you transferred the image into my mind. But it felt like you shocked me at first. Then boom it was there and then gone in like 3 seconds."
"Yeah Sky for the most part that is how it feels for me as well. And most of the time I can feel one coming. It's like goosebumps spreading down my spine. Then a zap like when you touch someone and shock them from static electricity. Then the image comes in like someone holding a picture up. And then it's gone seconds later."
"Wow Zara said she sensed a presence with you. I bet it's your gifts. Maybe Zara has a few more answers. But Sakaw was not having it with Zara being so close to you. So we stopped trying spells on you."
"Interesting."
"Yeah well your sister is behaving now. So be safe out there. You are important to not just Leia but to all of us."
"Sky Thechíhíla ( I love you)"
" With all my heart JoJo. And don't be afraid to tell Leia the truth about your feelings for Tyee. She was your age once. And we need more pups around here. Your sister needs joy. Even more so in the days to come."
I sat in silence know that Sky is being honest with me. Tyee will be 22 soon. And with 6 years between us. I don't want to wait to start dating him. I will be 17 soon. I will agree to wait til I'm 18 for anything sexual. But if any of my recent experiences have taught me anything. It's that life is too short to wait.
When I look up at Leia I notice she is very somber. But there is a sadness behind her eyes. She has tried to hide it but I realize she too has been greatly effected by how life has been these past few months.
"Sister I know you want to protect me. I get that I am young. But I have always dreamed of having a mate and children. I never thought that I could have a true mate. I accepted being different. But now I have a shot at being like everyone else. I want to start dating Tyee. I will wait til I am of age to do anything outside of dating."
"Ok" Leia says to me in a low voice. Reaching out she hugs me tightly and let's me go. "I understand you are growing up. But be my little sister for just a bit longer. In a year you have my blessing to be with Tyee freely. I will talk to Kai. I mean Alpha Kai for you. And sis Thechíhíla ( I love you)"
Our mother use to tell us that every night before we went to sleep. Mom was Lakota Native. We were taught our heritage from birth. Even though my parents joked that their tribes were enemies for centuries LOL. We were taught to love each other and respect our land and people. So our native speaking is a mixture of both Cree and Lakota words.
"Motherly advice. We are dealing with Lycans. The mating bond is stronger then what you would expect. And like most wolves they are very protective and possessive. So be sure that Tyee is who you want to be with. He had already imprinted on you. Once you open yourself up to this. It can be overwhelming and intimidating. Be sure to be your own voice in the relationship. And at any point in time you can end it. It's just a longer break up then if you were only human. But most of all enjoy being with someone who already loves you and wants what's best for you."
"I will. I promise. And thank you. Now let's eat. And watch that stupid show Vampire Journals or whatever it's call." LOL
