ARA

AT AGENCY

I glared at namjoon who was simply sitting on his chair and typing away some sort of file. I can't believe he just lied to me.

"You really did lie?"
He looked up from laptop screen and smiled widely but never answered. I shook my head in complete frustration. My team was supposed to arrive today but namjoon said they aren't coming after calling me to the agency. He could just inform that on a call.

Knock!

"Come in"
Following his order someone peeped through the door, I widened my gaze at the person who stood on the door. Now the door was completely open and some bitches walked in. I stared at them with emotionless expression . Luke scoffed and commented on my expression.

"Still a stone, I see"
Emily slapped his arm, sending a death glare in his way.

"Is that how you speak to your leader?"
She scolded luke and turned towards me.

"Sorry for the improper behaviour"
I could feel namjoon dramatically signing, like he was used to this kind of stuff. I couldn't believe they were still this dramatic.

"Ma'am, do you speak? Or a mute?"
Hazel snickered after taunting me.
How can they be this dramatic.
I signed and sat on the couch, no matter how much I try I can't stand for so long. It made me hella tired.

"It's nice to meet you all" I simply greeted.Jeremy accompanied me on the couch.

"That was dull greeting, you should learn something from emily"
Emily flipped her hair in a dramatic way. I smiled
"My poor heart, Ara you don't have any rights to make it flutter"
Again one slap was given to Luke but it was from hazel.

"Stop with those, love boy"
Now everyone was beside me, leaving their dramatic sides apart.

"How have you been lately ma'am?"
Hearing Jeremy's question, I shifted on my seat, how have I been lately I don't know myself. I stared at him without any answer. I can see Emily's eyes focused on me as if she's trying to read what's going through my mind. Emily has always been concerned about me, she always looks after me and knows what's there in my mind. I don't show emotions at all but she knows they're burried inside my broken heart.

"We passed the mission" she spoke while nodding at me. The rest of the three just signed and luke commented.

"You think we don't know the silence conversation you both have through your eyes"
Hazel continued behind him.
"If you do then, you are totally wrong. We all have been together for 3 years now, we know eachother like the back of our hands"
A deep sign left my lips, They are hard to fool.

"I met jimin"
I didn't knew 3 words can silence the whole room. Their eyes were shot open while shock was written on their faces. Namjoon had left before to give us privacy. Jeremy was the one who spoke first.

"You? What?"

"Met jimin?" Emily continued and I gave a small nod. I blankly stared at the wall and tried to explain everything.

"After you'll left, I got on the mission For which I was craving from the starting. The first plan was failed cause of some technical issues. But the second plan worked, not fully yet. I got a job in jeon insticts, which is about to be partners with jimin's company. You all know jungkook, he owns jeon insticts and it was easy for me to get a job. I met jimin three times already, two of them were yesterday."
I completed my side of the story with a long breath, it was hard to speak so much. Different expressions could be seen on each of their faces.

"How did you felt?"
The only question which left their mouths was this

Seriously? Won't they ask how was he, or about his company. Mfs
I simply shrugged indicating I no longer wanted to talk on this topic.
They understood and dropped that topic. I heard my phone vibrating, taking it out I saw namjoon was calling, Confusingly I took the call and kept on speaker.

"In meeting room, right now"
Before I could ask what was the reason, the line went shut off from the other side.

"It's emergency, let's go"
Jeremy stood up and we all followed him. Entering the meeting room I scanned the place, all of the staff from the company were gathered here including taehyung. A few higher investigation team members were here too.

Why were they here?
I never got answer to that question. The meeting room was filled with all the teams and our boss, plan maker, hackers, more of them. I heard namjoon telling us to take our seats which we took gladly. He continued to speak.

"As we all know, 2 murders have been occurred in the last week and the killer is not found yet. So the investigation team wanted to give this mission to one of our teams.
If our group found the killer, they will be hired in higher investigation team"
Namjoon took his seat and looked at the investigation team. Three men and one women. The middle aged lady sat on the leader seat which meant she was the leader.
My gaze went on the files which were kept infront of them and they were checking each of them. Our agency had 8 total teams, each group had their own mission, task, members. Nothing was similar between all of us. The 8 teams had files of their own, in which their improvement, skills, task everything was written. After a while, the lady kept all the files aside and spoke.

"The mission is a big opportunity to the team we are going to hire. I hope they'll be able to solve this mission, only reason we are giving this mission to this agency is to hire a new team in investigation industry."
The other man spoke who sat beside the lady.

"After reading all the records from the team, we decided to give this mission to team 'senophile'." Ara looked at her team, who slumped on their seats. She bited back her laughter.

Luke blankly spoke
"Why us?"
The lady seemed taken aback from her team's attitude, she smiled bitterly.
"I have seen your recent mission from Paris. It was amazing in our eyes, well your leader wasn't there to lead you'll right? It might have been hard?"Jeremy replied in an instant

"If she was there, I guess it wouldn't have taken a whole ass month"
Namjoon widened his eyes at Jeremy's words, Ara wasn't bothered by it, she knew her people.

"We'll provide your identity cards, which would help you to investigate in public places and people can't deny it. I hope you'll solve this case"
Ara tilted her face, going to spit something but namjoon was fast enough to cut her off

"We'll do everything in your service "
The investigation team left after that. Everyone remained on their seats since namjoon had something to discuss. He smiled proudly.

"I am really happy that one of our team got this mission and I hope they'll handle it well"
He side-eyed Ara who was busy mouthing something to taehyung. She took her phone when taehyung texted

'Congo rudasss'
She glared at him only to recieve a silent chuckle.

'Thanks lazy ass'
She slid her phone back into her purse and stood up. Namjoon glared at her for interrupting his speech.
"I'll take my leave namjoon, bye"
Ara walked out of the meeting room leaving everyone amused behind.

Well the agency is clearly not in government's side since they all are secret agents who tries to uncover the secrets of rich people and get some sort of revenge.
The investigation team wasn't legal too. It's all illegal shit~
