Sofia knew she wasn't meant to be loved romantically so the best thing she knew was to excel in life and succeed in her profession.
With all the responsibilities and a boring but busy life can she bear an interaction with a handsome alien hunk who doesn't give a damn about human race?

"Who are you?" a heavy voice asked more like accused from the van I was currently trying to get in to.
"Angel, fairy god mother, knight in shining armor female version, or in present time we call ourselves fools who don't mind their own business!!!" i stared at his silhouette while trying to pick the lock on her hand cuffs forgetting that I wasn't a thief but an archeologist to be.
"What am I doing? I am not a bloody thief!!!" I whisper shouted.
"What will you get out of this tell me, I haven't seen any of you do anything without greed" he snarled as if I was no better than those kidnappers.
"Would you just shut up!! I am trying to help here so I would appreciate if you grant me this little moment of silence"I also retorted in the same tone.
"How dare you? Huh you think you all are superior, abducting me from my chambers was not a brave thing to do, you humans have forgotten your place and God knows we are going to enjoy showing it to you" he laughed venomously making me a little scared.
"You are not okay and may be those men were taking you to some mental asylum.I ..I ..I shouldn't have come here"
I started backing away while dropping the pin I had in the process.
"What do you expect from me? Sanity? when your people killed my wife and unborn child!! " He hissed like mad man pulling at the chains he was bound with and why not , he was a father, it all made sense.
Seeing him like that I didn't know why but it felt sad seeing him like that.
I wasn't sure what he was apart from a psycho but if he was anything other than human which I somehow believed he was seeing his rough skin... I had to help him, I couldn't just leave him there God knows what those monsters will do to him as we humans were more interested in dissecting rather than interacting.
"Hey relax okay, I will help you just hang on there. I have nothing bad to do with you" I said, hyping myself to help him without a clear reason why.
