An elf, Ellie, whose parents fell in love and had her without permission on 17 May 1993. About 1 and a half months old, she was given to Dobby just after he was freed, who raised her as his own. Her parents feared that their owners would put a contract on her. Contracts can only be put on elves less than a year old. She actually has hair, which is incredibly rare for an elf.
When Dobby dies, Hermione explains what it means to die and says he's a hero, Ellie responds, "But he's dead, he's not a hero, he's a gone-o!" and cries a lot. She takes the surname 'Dobbs' in honour of Dobby, who raised her.
