"I love you." Sam whispered to me without pulling from the hug.
She went here to our place just to say na aalis sya bukas with her GrandMother papuntang beach house nila.
"Sam...." I tried to get off of her hands but she just tigthened her hug even more.

"I know. Saying those words makes you confused. But I just want to let you know that I love you, Mon. More than as my bestfriend and lets talk pagpunta nyo sa beach house sa sunday."
She buried her face to my neck. So this is what she feels when I did this to her? She's really my safe place.
Sam pulled away from the hug and turned me around to face her. She shows me her smile that reaches her eyes, which makes me smile too.
I nods my head. "Alright. Take care then."
Sam frowns. "Where's your answer?"
"Answer?" I asked confused but then, I got what she was reffering to. I laughed hard. "You didn't ask me tho."
"Mon!" She pouts.
I cupped her cheeks and pinch it lightly. "I love you too, Chamcham."
I closed my eyes when Sam moved her head closer to me.
Is she going to kiss me?
I've waited for her lips to landed to mine. But instead na sa lips ko sya tumama, I felt her lips to my forehead.
'Silly, Mon.' I thought as I let a soft giggles. Napayuko nalang ako sa chest nya dahil pakiramdam ko namumula na naman ako dahil sa hiya na nararamdaman ko ngayon. Bakit ba kasi naisip ko yung bagay na yun.
"See you at the beach house."
Sam left the house.

"Take care and don't forget to enjoy ha." My Mother said.
I nods my head and smiled. "I will, Mum. Are you sure you don't want to come with us?"
"Yes, Teacher Pohn. Sam will surely be happy if you'll come." Tee inserted.
My Mum smiled. "I want to. But I have a lot of things to do. So just enjoy your stay there and please, Tee, take good care of my daughter, okay?"
Tee salutes to my Mum. "Aye, Aye, Teacher Pohn. No worries. Si Sam na pong bahala kay Mon doon."
After namin mailagay lahat ng gamit namin sa sasakyan ni Tee, I walked back to my Mum and kissed her goodbye. 2 days kaming mag-stay doon and I'm going to miss my Mother for sure, specially her cookings.
I waved my hand to Mum one last time and then Tee drove away. Kasama namin si Yuki, Jim and Kate na kaaalis lang namin pero mga tulog na agad.
I checked my phone to see if Sam sent me a message but to my disappointment, wala. Since nung last na punta nya samin, yun na yung huling usap naming dalawa. Hindi sya nakapagchat sakin kahapon at nung isang araw. I did ask Tee naman kung kamusta si Sam sa beach house and she said, Sam's fine.
I composed a message for Sam saying na on the way na kami sa beach house. I sent it right away and put my phone back to my bag. Nakakaramdam na din kasi ako ng antok.
"Tee, iidlip lang ako ha." Paalam mo kay Tee at nagthumbs up lang sya sakin. She focused her eyes on the road since sya yung nagdadrive.
Sumandal ako sa upuan at pinikit ang mata ko. Not waiting for too long, I fell asleep.
