Then the latter stopped to her doings and faced her sister.
"Sam..." lumapit sya sa kapatid nya at halata ang pag-aalala nito. "Y-you look pale. A-are you okay?" She's worried.
Sam smiled weakly. Namumutla na ang buong mukha nya at halatang nanghihina na sya.
"I'm fine, Neung. It's just... my heart. I d-don't think I can make it to the states." She said, tears started to fall but her smile wouldn't fade away, still showing her white bunny teeth. Her smile was the most beautiful smile that everyone loves to see. But it slowly fading away, placing with a painful smile.
"No. Don't say that, Sam." Her Grandmother inserted as she hold Sam's both shoulder. "We're leaving tomorrow. Please hang on there." Even her Grandmother is crying.
"GrandMa, please... I want to fight for my life but I can't now. I'm tired fighting, I'm so s-sorry.." she said crying as she hugs her Grandmother.
"Sam..." Tee walks in. She's trying to hold back her tears but her tears betrayed her. It falls down to her cheek. Then Yuki approached her, crying too.
This is the most painful night for them. Wala silang ibang magawa kundi ang umiyak. Si Sam na ang nagsasabi sakanila na hindi na nya kaya. Wala na silang magawa to pursuade her yo fight. Alam na nila na darating si Sam sa ganitong punto, ang sumuko.
"C-can we go to the beach tonight? I w-want to go there with Mon. Please." She pleaded.
Then the old woman slowly nod her head in agreement. Neung hold their Grandmother to support her, she was shaking because of too much crying.
"T-thank you, Grandma, Neung... wait here. I'll get Mon." She said making her way back to her room to get Mon. When she came in, she saw her girlfriend laying to her bed. She approached the woman. "Mon.."
The latter opened her eyes when she heard Sam. "I'm sorry, I fell asleep."
"It' okay. You can continue your nap while on our way. Let's go."
She offered her hand to Mon to support her from standing.
Then Mon took her hand. "Where are we going?"
Sam smiled. "You'll find out later when we get there." She said.

"Are you happy?" Sam asked Mon.
Naglatag si Sam ng blanket sa buhanginan at doon sila humiga ni Mon. They decided to watch the stars together.
"Yes. Thank you for bringing me here tonight, baby. I wanted to go here a long time ago. It's just that.. I can't go here without you." She said turning her head to Sam.
Their eyes met and slowly, Sam moves her face closer to Mon and give her a quick kiss to her forehead.
"I heard it from Tee." Sam giggled. "She told me that you want to go here with me. That's why I brought you here."
"Is that so? Well, thank you.. but Sam.."
Tumingin si Sam sakanya and she saw to the latter's eyes that she's sad. Her face says it all.
"What is it?" She shrugged her thought.
"You look tired. You want to go back inside and get some rest?" She asked worriedly.
Sam shook her head. "No. Let's just stay here."
"Hmm-kay." Mon responsed. Pero hindi pa rin mawala sa mukha nya ang pag-aalala para kay Sam.
Tumagilid ng pwesto si Sam para yakapin si Mon. She buried her face to Mon's neck. Then the latter closed her eyes when she felt a warm breath of her girlfriend.
"Mon, do you remember the first time I asked you about your dream?" She asked.
Mon nods her head as she hugged back Sam.
"I want you to make it come true even without me by yourside." She said weakly.
Ramdam ni Mon ang mabigat na paghinga ni Sam sa leeg nya. Alam na nya, nararamdaman na nyang nanghihina na si Sam but she kept on fighting for her. She wants to cry... she wants to tell Sam that she's in pain right now. But she managed to kept it herself. Alam nyang mas nahihirapan si Sam ngayon, trying to fight for her life just to be with her tonight.
"Promise me, Mon. You'll live happy even without me. I want you to be happy..." Sam smiled, a painful smile. Her heart is in severe pain.
Mon took a deep breathe as she answered her. "I promise you that. I p-promise, Sam." She said with her voice cracked. She bit her lower lip to suppress her tears.
"Sam..." she called her after Sam became silent. She's afraid that Sam fell asleep. Pero nakahinga sya ng maluwag ng sumagot si Sam.
"Hmm?"
Mon smiled sadly. "You know what's my biggest fear?" She asked.
Sam shook her head. "No. What is it?"
"Losing you, Sam. I'm afraid that I might lose you one day. I c-can't live without you, Baby." She said then a tear escaped from her eyes silently. She betrayed by her own tears.
"I know it's not going to be easy to start without me, Mon. But don't cry when I'm gone."
"I'll try my best not cry."
"Yes please.." Sam smiled. "I'm tired, Mon. I feel sleepy." She said making Mon's heart hurt.
Alam nya ang ibig sabihin ni Sam. Pero hindi pa sya ready na i-let go ang taong mahal nya, pero alam din nya sa sarili nya na kailangan na. Hindi madali para sakanya pero kailangan... she need to let go Sam tonight and to stop the pain in her. She suffered too much from fighting against her disease alone and now, it's time to let her rest.
"Yeah, take a rest, Baby. I p-promise, I w-won't wake you up this time. Just take a rest now, Sam..."
She hugged her girlfriend tightly as she kissed her forehead.
It's hurt. Letting go of someone she love the most but she needs too.
"J-just... d-don't forget me, Sam and I will forever remember you. You will always be my first and last love..." she said crying. Hindi na nya napigilan ang sarili nya sa pag-iyak. Alam nyang hindi na sya maririnig ni Sam ngayon.
"I don't want to say goodbye, Baby. Just... good night." She said, letting her tears flow down to her cheeks.
"Mon."
Then someone called her. But she didn't move.
"Neung, Lady Grandma.."
"It's okay, Mon. She's now in a peaceful place." Neung said, trying to calm her down. Then her eyes landed to her sister. She cries seeing her sister lifeless in Mon's arm. "I love you, little one." She said, giving her sister a final kiss to her cheek.
"Thank you for giving us a chance to live with you, Sam. I love you, my Grand daughter." The old woman said.
Tee, Yuki together with Nam and Kate at the back, comforted each other while staring at their beloved friend.
Mon carefully move Sam's head out of her arm. She then sat up before giving Sam a good night kiss to her forehead.
