We went to a restaurant to have dinner together. While waiting for our food, we were talking about her audition earlier. She got excited to do some works for the said clothing brand. I'm just listening to her excitement and staring at her, smiling.
Isa sa kinakatakutan kong mawala sakanya once na nalaman nya ang tungkol sa kondisyon ko, her smile.

While waiting for her earlier, Phoom called to say that Sab has another heart attack. It pains me too much, she's such a wonderful kid but she's suffering already because of her heart. I feel sad for her. When I first met her at nalaman kong we have the same situation, I asked Phoom to tell me about her condition. I'm scared that one day, she'll be gone. She became my little friend at the hospital. Everytime na nagpupunta ako ng hospital, I always pay a visit to her and I'm happy na nagagawa nya pa ring ngumiti dispite of her condition. But what's hurt me more was her mother, na pinapanuod lang syang maglaro sa gadgets nya dahil hindi sya pwedeng maglaro sa labas at mapagod. Tinitignan lang nya si Sab pero tuloy-tuloy ang pagpatak ng luha nya.
Ayaw kong dumating sa point na umiyak ng ganun si Mon because I'm dying. I just want her to continue her happy life even without me by her side anymore.
"Baby, are you alright? You're crying again."
Mon spoke, I snapped from my thoughts.
I dried my tears away quickly as I stands up.
"I need to use restroom. There's something in my eyes. Wait here." I said and lefr the table without waiting for her to speak.

Ilang beses ko ng nakikitang umiiyak si Sam. Pero kahit isang beses never nyang sinabi sakin kung bakit. She's always saying na she's fine. But I knew, she wasn't.
I noticed her pale skin, yung pagpayat nya. Even the dark bags on her eyes. There's really something bothering her and I've been wondering kung ano ba yun. Hindi sya nagsasabi sakin, lagi nyang pinapakita sakin na okay lang sya kaya madalas hindi na din ako nagtatanong. Minsan ko na ding tinanong si Tee about it pero hindi sya nagsalita. She ignored my questions and it's bothering me.
I need to find the reason behind her tears.
While waiting for Sam. Her phone suddenly rang. I took and saw Phoom's name on the screen.
I answered it but I didn't speak.
'Sam, I have a good news. We found a heart that matches you. Come to the hospital and I'll tell you about it."
My heart skipped a beat.
I ended the call immediately and put her phone back to her spot.
What does Phoom's mean?
A heart for Sam? Is she sick? Oh my god, I'm going crazy now that I have an idea why she always crying infront of me. There's no way that her heart failure before came back.
A tears streams down to my cheek the moment my eyes landed to the woman walking towards me, smiling.
How can she smile like that?
I wiped my tears away bago nya pa makita yun.
"You're back."
I said, smiling. I act normal infront of her even it's killing me inside seeing her right now smiling at para bang normal ang lahat sa kanya.
