2 Months Later.
Hermione couldn't believe that in a months time she would have a baby, life had gone so fast and become so different, 8 months ago, Hermione had a promising career as a Healer, a fiancé and a house, now she was single, had a small apartment and while she was still working as a Healer she might not be able to stay as one after the baby.
A week after Hermione moved into her apartment, Ron knocked on her door.

Flashback - 7 Weeks Ago.
Hermione sighs as she moves a box full of clothes off her bed and onto the floor, she rubs her growing bump just as she hears knocking at her door, Hermione looks at her watch with raised eyebrows but shrugs and leaves her bedroom and goes over to the front door, too tired to look through the peep hole, she unlocks the door and opens it only to find Ron.
"Don't slam the door in my face, I just want to talk." Ron says quickly with a sincere look on his face, Hermione raises her eyebrow as she thinks, she takes a deep breath but moves out of the way for Ron to come in, once in she shuts the door behind her, "It's a pretty nice place." Ron says looking around at the apartment, Hermione looks around at all the boxes and mess of the her new home before walking over to the sofa and sitting down, she nods towards the sitting chair in front of her for Ron to sit down in, which he does so with hesitance.
"Sorry about all the mess, I haven't quite finished unpacking." Hermione tells Ron with a slightly embarrassed look, "Don't worry about it." Ron says looking at her with an amused smile, "So, what did you want to talk about?" Hermione asks as she tries getting comfy on the sofa, Ron takes a breath, "I wanted to say sorry." Ron says with guilty look on his face, Hermione sighs sadly, "What for?" Hermione asks with a raised eyebrow.
"For everything. For the affair, for being such a jerk afterwards and how I treated you last week." Ron says with a completely sincere and sorrowful look at Hermione who is surprised by the whole apology, "Wow, Ron, I wasn't expecting this." Hermione says genuinely surprised, "I really am sorry and I know that you probably can't forgive me but if you can, I was hoping that we could go back to being friends again." Ron says to Hermione with a hopeful look, "I was so angry at you for so long, especially after I found out that Lavender was pregnant." Hermione tells Ron who looks down.
