Excalibur Sonic vs. The Dark King

After Sonic transformed into Excalibur Sonic thanks to the true love kiss from Amy, Scourge became so mad that he had no other choice....

"Now, shall you deal with me, Sonic....." Scourge said, "and all the powers of MOEBIUS!!!" And with that, he pulled of his necklace, then he slamed it on the ground, then suddenly, swarms of darkness appeared, and the others caught on to this.

"What is he doing!?" Knuckles exclaimed. "It looks like he's going to transform, too!" Cream said, a bit frightened.

And indeed, Scourge was transforming, because the darkness swarms few inside his body, and his body mutated and grew bigger. "You might beat me in my normal form, but you can't beat me in my All-Powerful dark form!" Scourge said as he suddenly grew another pair of arms. Then, a dark crown was formed on his head, and his legs merged together, forming a dragon-like tail. Two of his arms held a pair of black swords, while the other two of his arms held two dark magic rods. Scourge has now become the Dark King. "One I destroy you all, this world will be MINE!!!"

"Oh no!" Nebula exclaimed, "This is really bad!" "Got that right, Nebula!" Silver said. "He's got to be stopped!" Blaze declared. "Right, but the only way he can be stopped is with the awoken power of Excalibur." Tikal said. "And Sonic has the sword in his hand." Amy said, "He's the only one of us who can end this!"

"I've got to stop him!!" Excalibur Sonic said, then he heard a voice from Excalibur itself! "True King Sonic! Now is the time to unleash Excalibur's power! Only you can save this world from that evil king!" "What the....!?" Excalibur Sonic exclaimed, "Was that from you, Excalibur?" "That is correct, your majesty, I am Excalibur, and I can only be weilded by the hands of the rightful King, which is you, Prince Sonic." Excalibur said.

"Well, that's great!" Excalibur Sonic said as he glared back at The Dark King, "Now, it's time to put this to an end!" And with that, Excalibur Sonic flew into the air, and confronted the enemy.

"You really think you can stop me with that silly blade of yours? It'll be the end of you. That's why I must do what I must do. I'll win this fight quickly!" (A/N: Play the music above right now!!!!!!) The Dark King said. "I'm not letting you take over our kingdoms! I'll show you that I am the rightful king!" Excalubur Sonic said as he flew into battle.

The Dark King connected his rods together, and spun them around while sending dark energy orbs at Excalibur Sonic. "Dah! Dodging to the right or left's the only way!" Excalibur Sonic said as he evaded the barrage. "Can't you get in close, somehow?" Excalibur asked, "We'd have a good chance to win if you can close the gap!"

"Your blade cannot harm me!" The Dark King declared. "Tsk! What the heck are we going to do, Excalibur?!" Excalibur Sonic asked his sword, to which Excalibur answered, "You must wait for your chance to close in for the kill!" Then, the Dark King reared one of his swords back and prepared to strike, and seeing this, Excalibur said to Excalibur Sonic, "Listen carefully, your highness. Timing is everything! Swing me at the exactly the right moment!" "Got it!" Excalibur Sonic said, "I've got to counterattack with just the right timing!" And then, the Dark King swing his sword, then his other, and Excalibur Sonic counterattacked both strikes.

"Okay, so far so good..." Excalibur Sonic said, "Now what?" "When you see an opening, strike at full force with Soul Surge!" Excalibur said, "Don't miss your chance, sire!" "Roger that!" Excalibur Sonic said, then he spotted an opening to attack, then said, "NOW!!! Time to go all out with SOUL SURGE!!!" and from there, he dashed at the Dark King's chest, and slashed multiple times on it, but then the Dark King laughed when he knocked Excalibur Sonic back, "Your efforts are futile, Sonic!" "Hmph! You're mistaken if you think this is the limit of Excalibur's power!" Excalibur said, to which Excalibur Sonic then said while flying back to the fight, "Well, I don't plan on losing to you, Scourge, especially with my trusty sword by my side!"

Just like last time, the Dark King connected his rods together, and spun them around while sending dark energy orbs at Excalubur Sonic, and seeing this, Excalibur informed his holder, "Evade right or left!" "You are just going to make things better for me when I kill you, Sonic!" The Dark King laughed. "Wrong! You will be defeated once and for all, Scourge!" Excalibur Sonic said, then his sword said, "Everything must have its end, and we are going to be yours!" Then, Excalibur unleashed his Soul Surge again, and slashed multiple times on the Dark King's chest, while Excalibur said to his holder, "Now! Just keep slashing!!!" "Eat this! There's no escape, Scourge!" Excalibur Sonic said while attacking. But again, the Dark King knocked Excalibur Sonic back, and the latter flew right back into the fight.

Once again, the Dark King connected his rods together, and spun them around while sending dark energy orbs at Excalibur Sonic. "Dodge, dodge! You can't possibly keep blocking that, Sonic!" Exalibur said, and Excalibur Sonic said, "I get that, Excalibur! You don't have to tell me twice!" "Take this!" The Dark King said while swinging his tail at Excalibur Sonic, who then dodged. "That tail attack is wicked." Excalibur said, then Excalibur Sonic said, "Right, but I still got to find an opening."

"You'll never be able to defeat me!" The Dark King laughed, "Especially with your pathetic and puny sword!" "Do not underestimate Excalibur awoken!" Excalibur said, "I am going to teach you the maning of it!" "That's right! Excalibur and I will put you out your misery for good!" Excalibur Sonic said, then he unleashed his Soul Surge again and charged right at the Dark King's chest and slashed numerous times at it until he go knocked back a bit. "Why... why must you always interfere!?" The Dark King asked. "Scourge, All things must come to an end, so this victory is no longer yours!" Excalibur Sonic said while flying back into the fight.

"He appears quite worn down. You can probably finish him off when you get the chance." Excalibur Sonic said. "Got it!" Excalibur Sonic said. "You are such an annoying pest!" the Dark King said, "If I can't rule this world, then I'll bring everything in this story to its end!" "Wrong again! It's not going to end!" Excalibur Sonic said, "My stories only end when I meet my proper end!" "No. It will not be an end, but rather a beginning.... to a new story!" Excalibur said while Excalibur Sonic countered his opponent's attacks.

"How are you able to harm me? It's.... not.... possible!" The Dark King said, " I can't afford to lose against you, Sonic!" "Scourge, hate to break it to you, but you've already lost." Excalibur Sonic said, "Besides, it's time to end this battle!" "Yes, King Sonic." Excalibur said, "End this, once and for all...." And with that, Excalibur Sonic charged right at the Dark King's chest while unleashing his Soul Surge one more time. Then, after a few rapid slashes, it was time to end the fight.

"It's over, Scourge!" Excalibur Sonic shouted before he flew backwards, then he charged right at the Dark King while unleashing a finisher attack, which is a Soul Surge Meteor Attack, and it perfectly impaled the Dark King right through the chest. "There's nothing Excalibur can't cut through!" Excalibur said at the Dark King, who then shouts in defeat, "AAAAAAAGGGHHH!!! But I..... I.....! AAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Author's Note: First off, thanks for the 100 reads! Second.... Yeah, this is basically an adaptation of the final boss battle of "Sonic and the Black Knight". So.... yeah.
