Hoodie POV

"Are you done?" Hoodie sighed as Masky sat on the dirt feeling exhausted he took off his mask so he could catch his breath. "You've been out all night..."

"I told you I won't stop" he gritted as he leaned back against the tree.

"You're killing yourself and we've barely even started" hoodie mentioned as he sat next to his friend as well as removing his mask.
He stayed quiet for a moment to swallow his recently growing anxiety.
"We just need to wait for Nathan and see what he finds out"

"I guess it's so easy for you to just sit back and relax when the corpse of my girlfriend is missing!" He snapped turning his head to hoodie.

"Well...no" hoodie began "when I was in the grave I saw something else other than a lighter"

"What?" He urged

"Scratch marks on the inside of the lid" hoodie sighed

"What?!" Masky gritted as he stood up. "Why didn't you tell me?!" He yelled furiously.

"I wasn't sure how you would react" hoodie pushed himself up to stand.

"How I'd react?! Do the others know?!"

"No!" Hoodie spoke up defensively "I always come to you first!"

"Who knows what she could be going through right now!" Masky urged.

"There will be no trace of the boss' blood in her now so she'll be just like anyone else but much weaker from the changes..." Masky stated firmly "so if shes even alive she'll be extremely vulnerable!"

"There's nothing we can do until Nathan gets back to us" hoodie mentioned calmly. "I was going to tell you when we have a lead so we can try to keep a level head in the mean time"

"KEEP A LEVEL HEAD?!" Masky inched closer to him "You best hope Nathan comes back with something pretty fucking soon because I'm going to kill everyone in this damn town to find her" he threatened.

Hoodie didn't say a word as he stared back at him.

"Can't you just manipulate people at the police station to prioritise the damn lighter instead of anything else so it can quicken up the process?" He asked, desperation now becoming more clear in his voice.

"No you know this" hoodie looked to him sympathetically "slenderman hasn't been with us for months, The longer he's away the weaker I get with that kind of shit since he's the one giving it to me"

Masky went to walk away but before he did he was pulled back by hoodie

"Don't tell the others." He demanded "not even Liu. We can't risk all of us losing our heads with this"
Masky didn't say a word but hoodie knew that was his form of confirmation. He walked away pulling himself out of his grip and Hoodie couldn't help but let out a sigh once he was alone as he leaned against the tree.

Reader POV

"Are you coming home yet?" Jack crouched down beside me with a harsh tone.

"I'm trying" I tell him weakly

"Do you even want us to come looking for you?" Masky spat towering over me.

"I do!" I argue back as Masky raised his crowbar above his head

"Then WAKE UP!" He yelled as he swung it straight down towards me.

My eyes snap open as my heart raced frantically. After an agonising 30 minutes I managed to pull my pants up despite my restrictions.

"Wake up darlin' " Mick announced as he entered the shed. It was pitch black outside and another figure dressed in all black has entered the shed with him, but it wasn't Rick.
