Chapter 18- Fixed

Nathan POV

Whilst carrying a few duffel bags Nathan came in through the front door.
"Where am I staying?" Nathan glanced at Liu.

"Oh, we don't actually have any spare rooms" Liu came to a realisation. "Hoodie? Care to have him in yours until we figure something out?"

A silence occurred as hoodie couldn't help stare deadpan at Liu under his mask.

"...sure" he folded his arms bluntly. Nathan couldn't help but glance at Hoodie then back to Liu.

"Can I talk to you outside?" Hoodie asked calmly as he approached Liu. However Liu could clearly hear the anger behind his bluntness.

"Yes" Liu replied with a smile and went outside.

"Wait" Nathan called out to Hoodie. "Where am I going?"

"It's the third room on the right" hoodie stated briefly, not bothering to acknowledge Nathan as he followed Liu outside.

"Don't worry" Sally couldn't help but smile from where she was sitting on the sofa with Masky "when we first met, he didn't help me either"

Hoodie POV

Hoodie met liu outside. He could clearly sense his frustration.

"Why are you making him stay with me?" Hoodie asked with a glare under his mask.

"Well you two hang out together more than he does with the rest of us, besides we need him getting used to us, it'll be like having Sally here for the first time all over again. I trust you to help keep things as normal as possible for him"

Hoodie couldn't help but let out small huff of disbelief as he crossed his arms.

"Besides you're always so closed off, if there's anyone that needs the extra interaction it's you" liu stated as he walked back inside.

After a few moments Hoodie decided to take a walk through the woods. He wasn't going to be back anytime soon.

Reader POV

I walk into hoodies room seeing Nathan place his bags down on the floor, the leaned against hoodies desk that was next to his door.

"He'll take some getting used too" I tell him with a small smile.

"Believe me" he sighed as he stood up straight and faced me "I know."

After that the question finally sprung to my mind again after finally having the chance to think about it.

"How do you... I mean...I know you met Liu, but the others? You know? Like everything?" I ask him confused.

"Yeah" he gave a light shrug "I don't agree with it, I somewhat resent them for getting you involved in their mess to begin with so much that you see this as 'normal'. But they helped me get you back, they really do care and I can see that you do too..."

"Why did they decide to show themselves to you?" I ask him once more still in disbelief.

"Well it wasn't just me" Nathan informed as he went and sat on the bed tapping the spot next to him. I crease my brows feeling confused as I carefully sit next to him, trying not to cause  myself much pain. "Grandad and Nan know too"
