Jeongguk freezes in his spot, surely his ears must've failed on him.
He couldn't possibly have heard that correctly.
Taehyung sits up, groaning in pain at the action which caused the alpha to turn around immediately with eyes big as saucers.
The omega stares at him, wrapping his arms around his neck after pecking him on his lips.
Jeongguk wasn't moving any time soon.
"Alpha, I love you." Taehyung whispers again, this time in his ear. They stay like that for a while, Jeongguk trying to let it process.
And when it does, Taehyung frowns when something warm wets his shoulder.
Pulling back, he gasps inaudibly at the sight of tears dripping down the alpha's face, whilst the man kept on staring at him in disbelief.
Taehyung shuffles closer, biting on his tongue to not yelp out in pain.
With his thumbs he gently wipes them away, pressing a small kiss underneath each eyelid afterwards.
"I don't deserve you.." Jeongguk eventually croaked, not being able to believe the moment. He must be dreaming.
The omega hums playfully, trying to cheer up the mood, "Maybe it was the medicine.."
The alpha's lips curved up in a smile, he chuckles airily. "Seriously, pup, I don't deserve you."
Taehyung shakes his head, disagreeing.
"Then you can go ahead and complain to the moon goddess herself. She destined us together, remember? Even if she wouldn't have in another universe, and we happened to stumble across one another, I would've gone through the exact same fate, alpha. I would fall for you in every single one of them."
Jeongguk sits there, his brown eyes have never sparkled this bright in his entire life.
"I love you, alpha." Taehyung says again, his own wolf dancing in joy at the immense happy and relieved scent coming off the elder.
Jeongguk pulls the omega gently on his lap, breathing out, "That's the first time someone has ever said that to me. But hearing it come from you genuinely makes me the happiest alpha on the entire planet."
Taehyung stilled, heart hurting like hell at the first sentence and then light and happy at the next.
"I'll never stop saying it, then. I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I─"
He was shut up when two pair of lips met his own.
"I love you too, angel. God, I love you so much."
He giggles in utter happiness, forgetting about his pain for a moment. However when he went to crush the male in a bone-crushing hug, he yelped, getting reminded of it once again.
"Sshh, love, alpha will take care of you. Here, let me try to heal you."
He gently put the male back into bed and went to kiss his temple, his throat, then he lifts the other's shirt up a little to expose the bruised belly, kissing there too.
Taehyung squeals, wolf fainting.
How can he be so fucking adorable?
"I'll go get you something to eat."
When the alpha disappears out of sight, he let his head fall on the soft pillow.
<Jimin-ah?
>OHMYGOODNESS TAEHYUNG! YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW WORRIED I WAS, THANK GOD YOU'RE OKAY. I WOULD'VE TWISTED THE ALPHA'S NECK IF YOU WOULD'VE DIED ON ME, STRANGLING HIM WITH MY BARE HANDS.
Taehyung shrieks, shushing the male.
<I have a headache! Quieter please.. I love you too, you dork. I'll reach out to you later, alpha's back with food. If my parents are wondering by now where the hell I am, ignore them. They still have blocked mind links, can you believe that?! How oblivious, woah.
Jimin giggles, shaking his head.
>I'll be sure to tell them you're okay. Go spend time together, lovebirds. Oh, by the way, he's smitten. The way he talked to you when you were unconscious, gosh, I almost got jealous.

The omega whines out, embarrassed Jimin witnessed that. Yet, his heart fluttered nonetheless.
"Hey doll, I prepared your favourite. Make sure to finish it all, your body needs it."
Jeongguk hands him the plate carefully, watching in adoration as he begins to chew in delight.
"Good?"
The male nods happily, swallowing.
"The best. Just like you."
Jeongguk's mouth opens and closes, eyes big. Taehyung giggles, hair falling in front of his eyes.
"You're adorable!" He gushes, forgetting about the food just for a second.
The alpha groans, "Stop that! I'm not adorable, I'm handsome, powerful and cool, if anything. You are the cute one here. Stop making me flustered, that's my job!"
Taehyung wiggles his eyebrows,
"Just like it is to hunt?"
Jeongguk playfully glares at him,
"Yes. But seeing how happy my little hunter was once he caught that deer, I think I can make an exception."
The omega suddenly gasps, "You'd let me hunt with you?! You'd let me do the fun part for real?!"
The dominant cooes, wanting to squish his cheeks. "Anything for you, love. As long as it makes you happy."
Taehyung doesn't know where the sudden confidence comes from, but he playfully taunts further,
"Yeah? Anything? You'd let me top and mark you instead?"
Jeongguk's face falls dramatically quick.
"Don't push it."
The omega laughs, beaming.
"I was just kidding, alpha! You should've seen your face!"
The alpha smirks, walking closer and putting the food down on the counter for just a second. He softly tickles the omega's sides, not wanting him to move much due to the pain.
"Oh, you think that was funny, hm? Let me put my little omega back in his place, then. Submit," He chuckles out, only joking around.
But he was left in a trance as the omega stopped moving, exposing his neck to the side and actually doing as told, his wolf taking it a bit too seriously.
Taehyung still had a smile on his face, so he just went with it, trying to not get his hormones too worked up right now.
He leans in, kissing his neck and sucking on his scent gland, teeth grazing over it that has the omega whimpering out.
"My omega.. So, so good for me. Making alpha so happy, you have no idea. I love you, pup. C'mon, finish your food. I'll feed you, angel."
