"What theme did Romello come up with." I asked Khalil. At the moment we were parked outside of a Jamaican restaurant in Mountain View; eating fritters. I don't even remember the name but the food tastes really good here.

Sometimes Khalil and I do this just to relive old memories of when we were in highschool.

The times we would skip school to spend time with eachother.

All dem sumn deh my mother deevn know enuh.

Anyway, the kids are big enough to take care of themselves now, so our relationship is just like old times; well excluding us having to deal with Miliyon. I won't even say her brothers because they don't give us headaches the way Mila does.

She's either always fighting or doing something she isn't supposed to be doing. As a parent it is frustrating but at the same time I can somewhat identify with her.

I know the trauma is what's causing all of this, so at this point all Khalil and I try to do is meet her half way with certain things, so she can heal eventually.

"Him did say sumn like 'ghetto Chic' at first him did seh ball but we nuh wah dem guh outta dem way a buy gown n dem ting deh. Him seh him just wah dem dress dem best." Khalil says, responding to the question I asked not too long ago.

We're actually talking about a charity event we have for the Community at the start of each school year. Mello is the Don that presides over several communities in east Kingston, but he puts local dons in place to manage the community.

The event it self is kept at the developed community center we built in Rennock lodge. With this event we basically give back to the students as well as highlight all the ones we gave scholarships to.

This year Mello did tell us that he did it a little differently and included west Kingston communities. Like Grants pen, August town and others. if I'm not mistaken I think the main don for all the areas in west Kingston will be in attendance. Because he's also sponsoring the event.
