Giovanni unlocked his car door and opened it, letting Brooklyn get in and settle in her seat before closing the door shut and walking around the car to get in himself.
Brooklyn watches as he lifted his seat, getting his body closer to the wheel. She'd noticed that he did that every time she rode in the car with him, but it was something she never questioned.
Taking his phone out of his pocket, he handed it to her knowing that for some reason she liked his phone way better than she liked her own.
He glanced over at her as he pulled out of the parking lot, watching as she unlocked his phone.
"Why didn't you drive the truck," She asked clicking through his apps to find musi.
"Because" He leaned up as he hit the blinker and watched for cars before merging into a different lane.
"Because what?" she smacked her lips, she hated when he did that like just answer the damn question.
"Because, I didn't " He said with a smirk, noticing her glaring at him.
"Alright, nobody finna play with you" she mumbled reaching for the radio and turning it up

She leans back in her seat with a smile spread ear to ear on her face. She couldn't help but to feel so happy and energized around him, he made her feel comfortable being herself.
"What? You don't like my singing?" she questioned making him glance over at her with a smirk.
"I don't" He faced the road again
