Fae's Painted Secrets

Chapter 21

Namjoon had excused himself to call Sung-Min back to make arrangements for you to meet with their stylist teams to decide on clothing as well as to set up for a team to come in and build the water tank for you with your specifications. You had decided to utilize some of the empty space in your warehouse that you had walled off. When you had mentioned the space to them they'd seemed surprised that there was more space. When asked what you had planned to do with it you just shrugged and told them you hadn't known at the time, but that in the end it worked out perfectly for this.

"So, what are you doing for the rest of the week?" Tae had asked you while fiddling with your fingers. Grinning you bumped your head into his shoulder "I don't know, what am I doing?" you threw back at him making him laugh. "I think your going to be spending time with us. Knowing Namjoon and Sung-Min they'll want to get a jump start on everything. More than likely we'll officially start working on it next week if that works for you."

You nodded your head. "That would be perfectly fine for me. Like I said I have the next 3 weeks free for you guys." You told him. "Can I make a request then?" Jin asked shyly making you nod for him to continue. "Can you make those lasagnas again? The picture you sent looked soooo good and I actually cried at not getting to try them" he admitted making you giggle. Jimin fell over giggling while slapping his hand on the couch, making your eyes widen. "He really did cry about it" Hobi told you with a grin.

"Awe Jinnie, of course I'll make it for you. I actually really like cooking quite a bit. I just don't get to do it as often as I like because all of my recipes are for at least 3 or more. And to be fully honest I can only do leftovers so much before I want to throw it out the window." You told him then cooed at his pout then laughed as he cheered happily.

It was then that Namjoon came back over to the couches and sat down with a sigh of relief. "Everything is set, Sung-Min suggested that we all come in Monday and meet with the stylist team and get the clothing sorted then. He also has a team in mind for building the tank, he said they should be available Tuesday, so you can drop off the specs on Monday while at the company. He said they should be done Wednesday, and the tank should be ready Thursday? But he told me to ask you if you think we can get everything done in the next 2 weeks? That he would be able to block that much time off for just you so we can get it all done." He told you.

Your eyes widened at all of the information. "Wow you guys do move fast. As for 2 weeks? Good lord how long do you think it's going to take? I figured one concept a day so maybe 4 days? How difficult are you guys to work with?" You asked in a semi joking manner making Tae laugh at you. "We're really not that difficult, but usually it takes a full day with us being fully staffed. I'm sure he's giving more time because it's just you." He answered you.

"Not to sound rude, but maybe that's the problem? You guys have so many people running around doing this and that, but that requires more communication and taking time to coordinate with everyone. Which pulls time away from the project itself." You offered to them, making Namjoon pause and tilt his head thoughtfully. "You know you may be on to something there. But lets just give the 2 weeks to be on the safe side and so you don't feel rushed" he said. You shrugged in response and nuzzled your head into Kook's shoulder starting to feel a bit drained after everything today.

"Well now that that's settled, how about we head out for the evening and we can come back tomorrow and maybe start getting in some practice?" Namjoon suggested making Tae shoot you a look that screamed "I told you so." You nodded your head while gripping onto Tae's hand tighter and settling heavier onto Kook. You understood they probably needed to head out, but you weren't ready to be left by yourself just yet.

As everyone was getting up ready to leave Kook cleared his throat. "Hyung I think Tae and I are going to hang back for a bit and make sure she's settled in for the night. It's been a bit of a rough one today and I don't feel comfortable just leaving her here alone just yet." He spoke shyly making you have to hide how much his statement pleased you.
