A/N: "Bold underlined" is for when the Tulkuns are "talking".

Ji'su's POV...

I was the first person who woke up yesterday, mainly because, Ao'nung had his leg on my chest, almost crushing my ribs. I pushed him off, and I woke up Tsireya. We went to the shore, when we heard the heard the, what I call, "Tulkun alert horn". We got on our Ilu to announce the big news.

"The Tulkuns have returned! Everyone, our brothers and sisters have returned!" Tsireya announced.

The Sully's emerged from their pod, and Ao'nung, who finally woke up, and I motioned them to come over to meet our Tulkuns, who returned after their long year of migration. Ao'nung took Neteyam on his Ilu, and the two rode off to see Ao'nung's spirit brother.

Ao'nung's POV...

Neteyam and I arrived to my spirit brother, Ole'sam (I made that up). We went underwater to talk to him.

"Brother, welcome home," I signed.

He smiled at me as I continued signing.

"I met a boy," I continued.

"Really? Do you have a romantic interest in him? You look like you do," he replied.

"I do. He's with me right now. Let me introduce you to him," I signed.

I motioned Neteyam to come closer. He gently stroked my spirit brother, and it looked like Ola'sem took a liking to him.

"Brother, I would like you to meet my dear friend, Neteyam; the eldest son of the legendary Toruk Makto, and a close friend of my sister, Ji'su," I signed, introducing Neteyam to Ole'sam.

"Neteyam, this is my spirit brother, Ole'sam," I introduced my brother to Neteyam.

Neteyam signed "I see you" to Ole'sam, and Ole'sam nudged him gently, making sure we don't fall of his fin. Neteyam stroked Ole'sam again, and I put my hand over Neteyam's.

I wanted to try to at least let him see that I like him, but at the same time, I don't think it would be that easy. Anyway, the Sully's meeting our brothers and sisters was so exciting for the Metkayina clan. Especially for me. Neteyam meeting my brother felt like I was introducing him to a part of my extended family.

According to Ji'su, the Tulkuns coming home is somewhat of a family reunion; an event that happens every once a year and members of your extended family come together. I don't know how much longer this feeling of excitement will last, but I want to savor it with my friends, family, and Neteyam for as much as possible.
