"How will you convince her to stop her takeover of Asgard?" Loki asked as you walked down one of the many hallways of the skyscraper like building that belonged to the Grandmaster.

Stopping to look out one of the multiple windows that flooded light into the hallway, both of you overlooked the bustling planets surface, full of flying ships and buildings.

Using your magic you were able to change into a simple suit, your typical battle attire without the armor bits, getting out of what you originally wore during your confrontation with Hela.

"I'm not sure how," you admitted, refusing to look at the young prince, for fear of his reaction. "I thought she would change her mind, but she seems set."

"Well, if any condolence, sister, at least you know your feelings are reciprocated still."

"I would hope," laughing strenuously as you admired the black and emerald ring that hung on a chain around your neck, "We were engaged and courting for centuries."

"Do you think Heimdall is back?" Your thoughts turned to the bridge keeper, if he would have taken back his post from Skurge, you still were rather pissed at the greasy snake for getting rid of him.

"Try calling him," Loki suggested, beginning to walk away, "I'm going to get a drink and talk with that companion of yours. If you need quarters you can share mine, you know where it is."

Going the opposite way down the hallway, you peered into an open door, the room it lead to blank, painted a beige color with not furniture nor accents. Glancing down both sides of the hallway you walked in, shutting the door behind you quietly.

"Heimdall are you there?" You asked, trying to focus on the mental image of Asgard, the crystal clear picture of the Bifrost and the golden palace immediately coming to your mind.

With no response you shifted your view, thinking of the possible places the watchman could be in the realm.

Picturing the courtyard a strange sense overcame you, leaning onto the nearby wall for support a nauseating feeling struck your head, before your vision went black.

A strong white light filled the corners of your vision, before it cleared leaving you in a courtyard.

"Heimdall," you called quietly as you saw the muscular gatekeeper cloaked in a shall, covering his identity.

"Y/N," the gatekeeper nodded as he walked over, "I heard your call."

"I came to warn you," glancing around no turmoil was in sight, meaning she hadn't arrived. "Thor is missing, and Hela she's-" You choked up, not able to get the words out. "She's escaped Heimdall."

"I know," Heimdall told you, before walking over and gripping you in a tight hug as you finally let the tears fall. "I will see if she reasons, if not it is my duty to protect the citizens and princes."

"I understand," you whispered into the watchman's shoulder, wiping away the stray tears that painted your cheek, "I think I can get there, and if I can I might be able to stop her, and if not-"

"Don't think about that," Heimdall told you, releasing you from the hug, patting your back and breaking your thoughts away from the thought of having to kill Hela, only after you had just reunited.

"Do you know where Thor is?" Although the god was more than capable of taking care of himself you couldn't help but worry, he could be a little impulsive at times, or more like all the time.

"He is out of my sight, I cannot keep your here much longer, I must try to stop her from arriving."

Nodding you sent the watchman a smile, no matter your state. Your vision went black, a strange feeling almost like a chill appeared before you were met by the sight of the room.

Sitting at Sakaar's version of a bar, your mind was focused on only one thought. How could you get to Asgard?

"Drink for your thoughts?" The green clad prince sat on the stool beside you.

"I want to save Asgard, and I know it sounds unreasonable when it's basically doomed-"

"It's not." Loki interrupted, staring at his drink with a pained smile on his face, "If anyone could save the realm it would be you."

Taking note of the princes sadness, you raised an eye, "Why do you look so sad as you say that?"

"Because if I lose you, by some chance or incident," Loki's voice broke as he looked away, staring off into the corner, "I will have lost everyone but Thor."

"So come with me, we've faced foes before, sure they weren't nearly as strong but if we can go up against the reality stone we can go against anything."

"I think it's best if I stay behind," Loki motioned for the bartender to bring him another shot of the green alcohol he had been consuming.

It did make sense for him to like this place, partying all the time, a high social position, he wasn't an outcast like on Asgard after Thanos happened, "Here?"

"This place is more suitable for me. No doubt Thor will be on Asgard somehow and that insufferable oaf will only blame me more and lose his temper."

"Thor wouldn't do that," you knew Thor, he truly cared for Loki even if he was an oaf sometimes, "You're his brother."

"Adopted."

"Why does that change anything? You're not my biological brother but I love you stilll the same. Thor loves me and I love him, I'm adopted as well. He loves you just as much, even if he is a little mad."

"A little mad?" The god chuckled as he thought of Thor's reaction.

"Okay, maybe more than a little," you held up your hands in mock defense, "But Hell if I can somehow tame your sister, the ruler of the underworld, than I think I can deal with a pissy prince for you."

Loki and you seemed to both reminisce, "You were always rather good at that."

"I had to earn my weight in some way," you clapped your hand against the god's back, before offering a hand to pull him up, "Now let's try to find a way off this forsaken party planet."
