Odin sat on a rock, overlooking the cliff and the ocean. The three of you sat beside him, Loki and Thor on one side, you on the other.

"I know that we failed you, but we can make this right," Thor told the weak old man.

"I failed you," Odin paused for a moment, looking over at you, "It is upon us, Ragnorak."

A small gasp escaped your lips, surely it couldn't be. The fall of Asgard, how would you all be able to stop prophecies? Would you finally be able to see her once again?

"No, I've stopped Ragnorak," Thor nervously told Odin. "Y/N and I put an end to Sultur."

"No. It has already begun. She's coming," Odin turned to you as the last words left his mouth, your mind went blank, not believing what he just said. "My life was all that held her back, but my time has come. I cannot keep her away any longer."

"Father, who are you talking about?"

"The Goddess of Death. Hela. My first born." Odin faced Thor looking him straight in the eyes, "Your sister." Turning to you he wore an apologetic look on his face, one that you had never seen in the centuries of knowing the man, "I am sorry for keeping her away Y/N, you have my blessing."

The brothers looked shocked, each processing the information in there own way. You on the other hand knew she was alive, the question was how much had she changed? You hadn't seen her in centuries, would she still feel the same way? Would everything go back to as it was?

"What?" Thor asked, looking at his father and you.

"Her violent appetites grew beyond my control. I couldn't stop her, so I imprisoned her," Odin looked at Thor and Loki before you cut him off glaring at him.

"You know that is not true. You would not reason with her. If you talked to her you wouldn't be in this situation. She wasn't violent, you just didn't listen to her or me." Huffing in discontent at the words he spoke against the woman, you once would risk everything for.

"I am sorry my child. I was a blind man back then, I hope one day I shall recieve forgiveness from you and her." Turning to Thor and Loki, who were both stil confused at the situation, "She draws her strength from Asgard. If Y/N cannot stop her, once she gets there, her powers will be limitless."

"Whatever she is, we can stop her," Thor glanced at you, a look of betrayal on his face, you would have to explain how you were not permitted to mention the past thanks to Odin's orders. "We can face her together."

"No we won't. I am on a different path now. This you must face alone. You must let Y/N try to calm her." Odin looked at Thor and Loki, an apologetic look in his eyes with a small smile painted on his face. "I love you my sons." He turned to look at you, taking your hand in his, placing a ring in it, "And Y/N, daughter, even if it was not official. I am trully sorry, if I could change the past, I would."

For the briefest moment, everything seemed calm, tears pricked at your eyes, threatening to spill. Even if you did not love the old man, the moment was still sentimental. Thor's eyes were filled with tears as well, while Loki hid his emotions behind his stone face.

"Look at that," Odin gazed out to the ocean, as the rest of you looked out to it, "Remember this place. Home."

A warm glow filled everyone's faces as you turned to see Odin disappearing before you, into a dust of sort. Everything seemed to pause for a minute as you each took your time to mourn or ponder what was happening.

The sky above the meadow darkened, the wind picking up and rushing through your hair. Thor stood up and turned towards Loki, his eyes filled with rage at his younger sibling. Loki took a step back, towards you, knowing that you would protect him from Thor's rage like always.

"Brother," You warned Thor as electricity crackled at his hands, "Move Y/n. This was his doing."

You heard a noise behind you, turning to great it you saw a black portal beginning to form, splitting open into the meadow. The wind still moving your hair, you pulled it back out of your face, to transform into battle ready clothes, not knowing what would appear, as Thor and Loki each transformed themselves into theirs as well.

A figure stepped through the portal, clad in green and black armor, her fingers curling as her green eyes sparkled standing out from her pale skin. She seemed to take a moment to study her surroundings her eyes flicking around the meadow but not settled on you yet as you were frozen behind Loki.

It's her. She looks different, not bad but just not the same.

Still frozen behind Thor as she began to speak your mind couldn't help but freeze, she still was as beautiful as the day she was banished, the last day you ever got to hold her, tell her you loved her. "So he's gone," Her gaze landed on the rocks, you and your brothers had been sitting on with Odin, "That's a shame. I would have liked to seen that."

You couldn't blame her, you still could never blame Odin, separating you both, not letting you follow her.

"Hela!" Crying out with tears streaming down your face, as she glanced at you with a small smile. Trying to break away from Frigga's grip and run to her, follow her.

Meeting your eyes, you saw hers filled with tears, "Don't Y/N, please."

"Please Frigga let me go," Begging the woman holding you back, gazing at your lover as she faced her punishment. "Please, I love her, let me go with her."

"She loves you too, that's why she doesn't want you to follow her," Frigga told you, a motherly look on her eyes as she looked down at your pitiful form shaken with grief.

"I love you," Sobbing out as you looked into her eyes for the last time, her eyes never leaving yours.

A black mist began to surround her as it began to cover her body, her last final words directed at you, "I love you too Y/N."
