James' POV

I was waking up to the smell of Lavender again as I started to wake up in the Velvet Room again.

I looked around to see that Igor and Margaret were with me, but where was Marie?

Igor: Welcome to the Velvet Room.

Margaret: "If you are looking for Marie, I sent her on an errand." She should be back soon.

James: Oh, alright.

I then looked at the floor to see a piece of paper on the floor.

Margaret: "Oh..." What is that? So she dropped another one. *Chuckle*

James: Another one? Did Narukami see some of these?

Margaret: He has, indeed.

I then picked it up, expecting it to be one of the poems that I'd already read from my world. But this doesn't look like any of them.

James: *I guess I could read a little bit of it.*

I then started reading her poem.

"The Family of Sorrow"

Whose Family is that? "I think I know..."
"Its owner is quite sad, though..."
"It "really" is a tale of woe..."
I watch him frown. "I cry hello..."

"He gives his Family a shake..."
"And sobs until the tears make..."
"The only other sound's the break..."
"Of distant waves and birds awake..."

"The Family is tearful, scary, and deep..."
"But he has promises to keep..."
"Until then, he shall not sleep..."
"He lies in bed with ducts that weep..."

"He rises from his bitter bed..."
"With thoughts of sadness in his head..."
"He idolizes being dead..."
"Facing the day with never-ending dread..."

James: *My god. It's like I can identify myself with this poem.*

Familiar Voice: "...Waaaaaah!"

I saw that Marie had returned as she took her prom from my hands.

Marie: You read it!? Didn't you!? And in case you were wondering, it's not a poem! "These are just..."

James and Marie: Memos I jotted down from the other worlds.

Marie: ?! H-How did you know what I was going to say?

James: In case you've forgotten, I'm from another world where everyone, including you, Igor, and Margaret, are fictional characters.

Marie: ?! "Oh yeah...?!" Wait a minute, does that mean that you and everyone from your world have already read these?!

James: Well, just the people who played Persona. But yes. They have.

Marie: OhmygodIcan'tbelievethisishappening!

James: Oh, wait, it's just the ones Yu reads when you're not here.

Marie: And how many of 'Em did he read?

James: Just eight.

Marie: Eight?! Was the one you read one of 'Em?!

James: No. I've never seen that one before.
