Yu's POV
I was waking up to the smell of Lavender. This can only mean one thing. I was in the Velvet Room again.
Igor: Welcome to the Velvet Room.
Margaret: I must congratulate you. I see you've overcome your most difficult battle to date. That was very impressive. Now to move on. I believe the next step for you is to take some downtime so that you may rest and rejuvenate.
Igor: Even when time seems to be "The Utmost of Importance," knowing when to take a break is a valuable skill to acquire.
Everything then started to go white.
Third Person POV
Date: 8/6/2011
"Daytime..."
Nanako was heading home with her Loveline Umbrella after getting groceries from the store. While she walked down the street, she was surprised to encounter a Fox in the rain. The Fox looked at her as she looked at it. Suddenly, the Fox sneezed as it wasn't handling the rain.
Nanako: ❗ Did you catch a cold? Poor thing.
Nanako then rubbed the Fox on the head as she decided to leave the Fox with her Loveline Umbrella.
Nanako: Now you'll stay nice and dry. Goodbye. Mr. Fox.
Nanako then rushed off to get back home as the Fox watched her.
Yu's POV
Date: 8/7/2011
"Evening..."
I was having dinner with Dojima and Nanako. But James wasn't with us like usual. Where is he?
Dojima: I uh...heard you came home drenched yesterday. What happened to your Umbrella?
Nanako: "Uh..." I think I lost it.
Dojima: Oh, come on. Really?! We just bought that thing for you.
Nanako: I know. Sorry.
Yu: Just be careful next time. Alright? Those Umbrellas aren't cheap.
Suddenly, we heard the front door open.
Familiar Voice: I'm back.
I then looked back to see that James had returned.
Nanako: Yay. You're home.
Dojima: Well, now. You were out late.
James: I was.
James then headed upstairs without coming to join us for dinner.
Date: 8/10/2011
"Evening..."
I was watching over Nanako as the front door opened and saw that James had returned.
James: I'm back.
Nanako: You're home! There's dinner! Do you want me to warm it up?!
James: Oh. Sorry, Nanako. I already ate on the way back.
Nanako: Oh. O-Okay then.
James then got ready to go to his room. I then joined him as he was doing something on his desk.
Yu: Hey.
James: Hey.
Yu: What are you doing?
James: Just running some numbers in my head to guarantee I've got the correct calculation. "...Hey." Narukami. Have you ever heard of Neo Featherman?
