Daniel's pov
The next morning I did my usual routine but was conflicted because of last night with Tails

Flashback
I invited Tails over for dinner and after watching my favorite movie and Tails enjoyed it then I walked him home

Daniel:Night tails thanks for the fun evening
tails:no problem you looked like you needed a friend and to be happy,you did seem to enjoy the concert

Daniel:i did,...and I love music anyway
Tails:cool do you play or just listen
Daniel:I want to but I just listen and sing and read
End of Flashback

As I was in my thoughts wandering about how I felt about Tails (knockx3)
I went to the door and when I opened it I saw Tails with a case

Tails:Hi,I hope it's ok I came by

Daniel:of course come on in(closes door after Tails enters) so what brings you by not that I mind

Tails:(sat the case on the table)well I wanted to give you this (turns to look at me)were you going somewhere

Daniel:I was going for a walk to get inspiration before school but it can wait

Tails:(confused) huh what do you mean by inspiration

Daniel:mmm....never mind so what's in the case(goes to it out of curiosity)

Tails: well (ok why change subjects) open it

I did as told and opened the case to see a guitar but looked hand made and teched out in my favorite colors black and red

Tails: so I saw one in a display case and thought about you,so I made this for you

Daniel's thoughts:he made it for me

Tails:do you like it Daniel(starts to get upset and unsure)
Tails thoughts: I wonder what he's thinking

I could tell he was upset when he asked me what I thought about the gift so without thinking I grabbed his waist to pull him close and I kissed him,realizing what I did,I expected him to push me away but he kissed back after parting

Daniel:I'm sorry I wasn't thinking I guess I was just excited

Tails:...........

Daniel:tails......tails...you ok

Tails pov
He kissed me,he does like me I need to leave so I can figure this out,I need to know how I feel and if this is he how he feels and as I turn to leave Daniel grabs me,and is he crying

Daniel:Tails wait!,I love you!

Tails:what?
