Tails pov
I just gave Daniel his gift and he kissed me I kissed back when we parted I didn't know how to feel so I tried to leave but he grabbed my arm

Daniel:Tails wait!, I love you

Tails:what?

Daniel:I've never felt this way before and you make me happy and I couldn't hold myself back when I kissed you,Tails I love you

Tails:Daniel I.....

(Alright now I know what to do actions speak louder than words)
Daniel's pov
We stood there not knowing what to do or how to feel five minutes of staring later to my surprise Tails pulled me in  for a kiss,as we were kissing a knock was at the door and when I opened it sonic was standing there

Sonic:morning Daniel

Daniel:oh hey sonic come on in ,what's up

Sonic: Well I'm looking for Tails, we usually head to school toge

After letting sonic in he looked confused seeing tails in the middle of the room

Tails:uh...hey...sonic

Sonic:you ok little bro

Tails nodded

Sonic:oook,soooo you guys ready for school

Daniel:yeah,right behind you

Sonic walked ahead while we followed as I looked at tails trying to start a conversation

Tails:hey you ok,you've been staring at me for a block now

Daniel:huh oh sorry I'm just trying to figure something out

Tails:(while laughing) you mean about the gift and the kiss

Daniel:(blushing) uh huh

Tails:hey its ok we'll figure this out and I do like you

Sonic:hey guys come on we'll be late

So the three of us went to school and I had a decent day although there's only one thing on my mind,after school I went to find and invite Tails over for help and to see if he'd go on a date with me,or at least I hope he does

Daniel:Tails

Tails: oh hey Daniel

Daniel: um would you like to come over

Tails:sure

At my house

Daniel:thanks for the help with my math homework that stuff confused me today

Tails:no problem, it was a little difficult then normal

Daniel:(tilts head)a little

Tails laughed at that as he was about to leave but I stopped him so I could hopefully get the answer

Tails:hmm

Daniel:umm can you stay I want to know something

Tails:sure what's up

Daniel:well umm

Tails:hey(holds my hand)just tell me or sing it

Tails:yeah you said you do right

I nodded and grabbed the guitar he got me and Tails showed me how it works and I started to play,I felt the music flow through me and I sang

Tails started clapping then came to me after putting the guitar down and kissed me

Tails:I love you too Daniel and if you want to go on a date with me then my answer is yes

I started to cry for being so happy and shocked ,I didn't expect him to get the message out of that

Tails:hey what's wrong

I shook my head “nothing I'm just happy”

As the two kissed they were happy to know that they both loved each other and were happy the rest of the week and the weekend
