"Can you tell me something about you? Something more..." She mumbled out on his chest.

This is the safest and most peaceful state that she has ever felt in a long time, but her subconscious can't help but remind the less dreamy part of her brain that she barely even know this man.

"Tomorrow. I'll tell you tomorrow. Sleep, baby."

No one has ever called her 'baby'. No one's ever called her 'doll'. Her mother called her 'Lily'. And 'honey'... Those were the only names she was fond of, up until he came along and gave her these new additions.

"Tomorrow..." She sighed weakly - almost sadly even. "You'll change your mind tomorrow..."

"You said you trust me. Keep trusting me, doll..." The gentle rubs on her shoulder felt like a lullaby.

When she finally allowed herself to drift, she dreamt of being among the clouds - breezily jumping from one puffy cushion to the other. She laughed like a little child, even though there wasn't anything or anyone in particular making jokes to her. She was alone...but she wasn't afraid. The soft wind brushed playfully through her cheeks a couple of times, and she never wanted it to end. She wanted to go on forever.

When she woke up, she was welcomed by the dark. Lisa stretched before her hands reaches out - trying to find the comfort in this foreign room but that side of the bed is empty. She sits up and rubbed her eyes. Why - where is he? The only source of light her eyes could find was through the thin stripe of the slightly-opened door. Weakly and sleepily, she gets off the mattress and pushes herself up.

Briefly thankful that her legs are working fine, she began making her way out. Recollecting the route that Guk had taken while carrying her from the kitchen last night, a hint of excitement began appearing in her little chest. She passed by a couple of closed doors but wasn't bothered to wonder what's behind them until she reached one that is slightly ajar. There's a small light coming from inside and she heard the low, sedated voices.

"How could we miss this?" She knew that voice by heart now. Found him! "Or have I been too easy on you, Ji-Hu?"

"My apologies, sir. I've checked with Sangcheol-nim. He said he had no idea too. Perhaps it was never mentioned to your father before." The other one sounded so serious that Lisa began contemplating if she should just go back to bed and wait for him there.

"How apt that we only knew this now? I want him gone before he can set eyes on what's mine. I just made progress so I don't want any more setbacks. If it's not done, one of you can take his place. Understand me?"

"Yes, sir."

Lisa wasn't sure what exactly it's about but the grave tone of Guk brought shivers on the back of her neck. 'Gone'...it can't mean what I think it means. Maybe someone's not supposed to be here? Here, where? His house? But there's no one else in this house, right? There's only him and me...and now -

The door opens and she is crossed with a familiar face. She remembers him as one of the guys who are always behind Guk, every time he came to Moonlight Paradise. And he was always the one who opened the door for her to enter the dark, private room. The guy was a little surprised to find her standing there, but he recovered himself quickly and dipped his head slightly.

When he walked past her and left down the staircase, Lisa turns back to the room - finding Guk's eyes on her from behind the long, black desk. His gaze is intense as he leans back to his chair but instead of feeling scared, it drew her in. With reckless caution, she walks into the room.

This must be his workplace... The room is dimmed, with only the desk-lamp being switched on and the little light shining from the laptop screen onto his face. It makes him look like a beautiful grim reaper like the ones she saw in movies, to be completely honest with herself. There are well-kept, white files on the large bookshelf against one wall but other than that and his desk, the room is clean and spacious.
