Appearance
Shinichi is a young man with short dark hair that have a long strand at the left side and dark blue eyes. When Kagero take over, the hair strand move to the right side.
Personality
Shinichi is monotone, quiet and calm. He do talk a lot, but prefer keep it in short detail. He only take orders from people higher authority or older than him mostly out of respect and just trying to perform his job finely. He has the ability to manipulate almost anyone through words.
Despite his emotionless side, Shinichi do show other side of personality as well. His love for Bronya is genuinely, as he truly cares for her despite not showing in through facial expression. However, he can get easily annoyed by Ryoga and Denji's crazy attitudes.
When Kagero take over Shinichi's body as Evil, he become more energitic, malicious and malevolent. He attack almost anyone just for fun, even his own allies. Despite this, Kagero always warn anyone not to get close to him or they'll be affect by his Devil influence.
History
Shinichi's past is completely unknown for some reason and he don't like to disclosed any of his personal information. When he was little, Kishibe brought him along to meet with Professer Zaychik, and meet with young Bronya.
When the Gun Devil attack many places all over the world and take many lives, including the lab where the Rider system are located, many people along with Bronya's father died. As she grow up, Shinichi has become her comforting partner since that time.
As they grow together and learn about love, Shinichi and Bronya fell in love with each other. They work with Ryoga from Public Safety Kansai branch for sometime.
Abilities
Being personally trained by Kishibe, Shinichi is a skilled and experienced Devil Hunter. After make contract with the Ideal Devil and obtain the Two SiDriver, he is far stronger when he become Live, and the Ideal Devil take over his body as Evil. However, his strength is quite limited, as he also unable to overwhelm even Juuga.
Immense Physical Prowess - Being trained by Kishibe, Shinichi become a considerably strong Devil Hunter. Gaining the Two SiDriver, and able change into Live, Shinichi get influenced by the device and gain even more strength. His main power are speed and strength.
Devil Influence Resistance - After becoming Live, Shinichi have gain a natural resistance over Devil influence which make it hard for Devil harm or persuade him.
Indomitable Will - Shinichi have an indomitable will which allow him to not easily persuade and have strong enough will not to be manipulated.
Expert Swordsman - Shinichi is expert in using sword or any blade like weapon. He have a hidden knife at both of his shoes.
Expert Gunner - Shinichi is expert in using guns, and he tend to carry a handgun.
Multilingual - He can speak Japanese, English, Russian, Spanish and French.
Devil Contracts
Ideal Devil Contract - When Shinichi was chosen to be a Rider, he make contract with the Ideal Devil in exchange of control over his body in human form sometime and when become Evil.
Jackal Devil Contract - Sometime in the past, Shinichi defeat and capture the Jackal Devil, but he doesn't exactly make a contract with the devil. By using Vistamp, Shinichi can force the Jackal Devil to submit to him completely and use its power.
Weakness
Ideal Devil/Kagero - Because of his contract with Kagero, Shinichi cannot freely take over his body and so he have restricted control over his body as a Rider. So when Shinichi transform, Evil will constantly appear.
Trivia
• Because they met at young age, Shinichi and Bronya can be considered as childhood friends.
