It in the night, and it seems to be raining lightly. It shows a research facility is covered with fire. Everything is chaos. Human bodies are all over the place. Blood splattered all around their corpse.
" *panting heavily* ...!"
It shows a female scientist is walking cautiously through a damage hallway while holding a brief case.
"Don't worry, Professer Zaychik... I'll make sure these items are given to good hands..."
When she get outside, the scientist able to get into a car and drive away. Inside the car, there already another brief case. When the complete outside of the facility is shown, almost all of the facility is completely destroyed with a path like crater left there.
"For the sack of humanity... Professer, I'll make sure they've reach the people you wish them to be given to..."
At the same time of the year, a devil known as the Gun Devil destroyed various cities in various nations in just mere few minutes, shocking everyone around the world and strike fear toward the people, making Gun Devil among the most dangerous devil in existance. The Gun Devil even able to reach the facility which killed a lot of people there, but fortunately, it didn't destroy what the people there are researching about. But no one know what happened to it after it was disappeared. The items that were created there, are meant to counter Devil in more efficient way.
Thirteen Years Later...

Inside an apartment room, it shows someone is sleeping on the bed. The young man shows to be just awake from his sleep, before sitting up.

Then the young man place his legs down on the floor, before standing up and walk out from the room. Then he walk to the living room where the kitchen and dining side also there.
???: *groan lazily* ...
He put two piece of bread into the toaster. Then he walk away and head to bathroom, washing himself completely. He get out and walk to his room, before changing into his clothes.

Ryoga: Devil Hunting job has fine payment but those demons can be annoying...
When he heard the sound from toaster, he walk there. Ryoga grab the baked bread and put it down on a plate together. He fried some bacon and eggs using a pan before putting each on a toast bread. Then he take some hot water from the heater into a cup and put latte powder into water, before mixing it with the spoon.
Ryoga: They better give me a fine bounty in this days.
He sat on the table, turn on the television and place it at the news channel. He eat his breakfast meal while watching the news.
