Applications and Recommendations

Third POV

Now that Izuku, Shoto, Hitoshi, and Katsuki didn't have to worry about the struggles of Aldera, they could invest more time in the focus of the countdown of UA applications and exams. The four teens had been working diligently with Shouta and Hizashi on quirk training and with their education for the rest of the year more likely than not being planned out with Nezu, they all sat in a circle of their own and worked on one of the final steps of the countdown. Applications for UA were due in a week and the four teens were trying to help each other fill out their application papers.

Katsuki's rough scratches of pen on paper filled the room as they all read the application questions and filled out the packet. It was going smoothly until Izuku paused his smooth writing. The neko looked at his paper confused before looking up at the other neko, who was silently working on his own questions. "Moon?" The neko whispered while tugging on the other's shirt end. Shoto looked up from his paper and focused on the confused neko, who was holding up his own paper, "What's wrong Sun?" 

The neko shook his paper again and pointed at the question he got stuck on. By then they had gotten the attention of the other two who had stopped filling out their own applications to see what the problem was. Looking at the paper himself, Shoto decided to just read the question out loud for all of them to hear. "What is your best childhood memory and how does it relate to your aim of studying at UA?" Shoto looked at Izuku for more elaboration as to what he was confused about so the neko explained. "Stuck. No childhood so what should I put?"

Katsuki and Hitoshi looked a little disturbed and sad at the explanation but Shoto just gave him a tense smile, "Yeah, that could be difficult to answer. I struggled a little on that one too but I put when we were rescued because it motivates me to rescue others like us." Izuku's eyes widened and sparkled, "Can I use that too?" Shoto let out a little laugh before patting him on the head and nodding his head.

So Izuku turned back to his paper and began scribbling his answer quickly. They all turned back to their papers and finished filling out what they could. It took another half-hour before they leaned back and closed their packets. "I was able to fill out the majority of the information needed. The only things I'm missing are my hag and old man's signatures and for them to answer the fucking parental personal questions. What about you all?" Katsuki asked the other three. "It's the same for myself," Hitoshi commented. 

The two of them looked at the nekos who had been quiet, "Sun? Moon?" Hitoshi asked. The nekos looked at each other before turning back to the other two teens. "We have about half of it filled out but there are a few things that we don't know. Mostly medical and educational history." Katsuki and Hitoshi looked conflicted for a second before Katsuki shook his head, "Yeah, I don't think we can help you with that stuff. When your parents get home you can ask them." The nekos nodded and put their packets to the side.

The group of teens decided to watch TV while waiting for Aizawa and Yamada to return. Katsuki and Hitoshi were going to wait till they got home to ask their parents about their stuff on the applications but they weren't going to leave yet because the two pros wanted to talk to them when they got home. It took about an hour longer before the front door opened and Shouta and Hizashi opened the door. 

"We're home!" Shouta called out. Shoto and Izuku popped off the couch and ran to greet their parents. "Hello, my little kittens!" Hizashi exclaimed, kneeling to give the two nekos a big hug. "Did you all get your applications filled out?" Shouta asked, petting the neko's heads in greeting. Katsuki and Hitoshi, who were still on the couch, nodded but the two nekos shook their heads into Hizashi's chest. Shoto looked up, "We couldn't fill out the parts about our medical history or past education."
