chapter seven

Same day, same time.

In the dark side of a small cottage located in the middle of a dark forest, a young woman ran through the endless pain of corridors.

Terrified, the twenty year old looked around but in vain she dropped the last drop of her escape potion.

"Oh no. what did you do yuna?" she cursed herself. just than the other woman chasing her drops the knife and walks towards yuna.

"Even a knife can't stop your death, darling."

Yuna scared for life dragged her weak body and run until she bumped into her murderer.

"Tsk Tsk." the evil woman smirked.

"There's no way you are getting out of these."

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh"

The scream of a woman was heard across the forest. an old man was surprised hearing someone yelling. he ran towards the cottage and inside he found the dead body of a young girl.

An hour later,

"This is the third case this week." detective eunwoo spoke capturing the dead body in his camera.

"I'm sure the wounds are from an animal, sir. But I am not sure about the previous cases. They all were committed in the middle of a city." Junior detective Arin said.

"Even this forest isn't dense. According to the locals, there aren't any animals here." Eun woo said.

Eun woo turned to the witness who first notified them about the dead body.

"What exactly happened here?"

The old man looked scared to death. "I was cutting woods for fire in the forest. Just then I heard a loud scream. I ran towards the noise and found out the cottage. I looked inside and found the dead body."

"Hmm, did you see anyone else here at that time?"

"I think I did...i really don't remember but maybe I show a shadow."

"A shadow?"

"I think it was a woman. I could tell from her long hair."

"Okay. Thank you."

Eunwoo went back to the crime scene. Yuna's cold death body lied on the floor.

"How could anyone kill someone so ruthlessly?" Arin said.

"Did you find any identity?"

"Yes sir. She's a student of myungsung university."

"Okay. Anything else?"

"Apart from that, nothing of her belongings are found here."

Eunwoo checks out the identity. The girl's name was Yuna Kim, a student of first year of fine arts student.

"What was she even doing here in the first place?"

Meanwhile,

Taehyung was walking out from his classes just then he noticed jisoo from a distance.

"hey!" Taehyung waved at her but she didn't noticed him as she was with her friends. He walked past by her but she still didn't noticed until her friends did.

"Omg!"  Everyone in college were head over heels for Taehyung. Taehyung stopped infront of Jisoo who was mostly curious.

"Do you have some time after class?" Taehyung said making the other girls go wild.

"Yeah.." Jisoo said. She wasn't expecting taehyung to speak with her in public. From a distance, Jennie noticed Taehyung with Jisoo but she didn't called him. She walked away with her friends.
