Rains POV
P'payu looked at me with a look I had only seen one other time.. when I was taken by stop it was a look of pain that he was trying not to show a look that told me his heart was breaking but he didn't want me to know. And that hurt because I was hurting him.

Payus POV
For a split second my composure nearly crumbled hearing him say that about himself it's was breaking my heart "Rain no no your not disgusting who told you that baby" baby was something I didn't normally call him it's a bit more intimate in Thai culture than it is in American but I wasn't thinking about it I didn't care all I cared about was the boy in my arms right now "They did" he mumbled so softly I almost didn't hear him and I realized maybe my slip of tongue wasn't such a bad thing because his face was softer now still hurt but less guarded like he expected me to judge him and leave at any moment

Rains POV
"Rain no no your not disgusting who told you that baby" P'payus voice sounded desperate like the whole world rested on me believing him and in a way it did not the world but our world. I thought about what he had said again trying to get myself to believe it Wait-baby? That was new P'payu had never called me that before, I like it. It makes me feel like he loves me and like I'm safe I want to tell him everything all about them and what they did and that feeling makes me mess up.. I wasn't careful and the words "they did" fell from my lips I hadn't meant to say them out loud but I did and all I could do now was hope he hadn't heard them. But knowing that P'Payu could hear a pin drop that hope was increasing getting slimmer.

Y'all are probably gonna get a bunch of chapters today but I'm ending this one here because I want "them" to have their own chapter. Who do you think "they" are. Let me know what you think🤍
