Puss in Boots: The Last Wish [male reader insert]

I don't think this is going to end well

*As you, Goldie, and the Bears are walking, you feel the sharp pain in your chest again, and you start to cough too, you think nothing of it until you see you're coughing up blood, when Goldie and the Bears look back, they run over to you to help you up*

Goldie: "Oh no... this ain't good..."

Y/N: "No, i'm fine, just-"

*Coughs again*

Y/N: "Just go. I'll catch up to you guys."

Goldie: "Are yous sur-"

Y/N: "Yes! Now go! I just gotta rest a little."

*They all walk off, and you decide while you rest up, you will fashion a whip for you to use in a fight, you take a couple vines, and a stick, and tie them all together and test it and it works good, and then you sit down for a while, before hearing Jack Horner*

Jack: "IT IS NOT A GRANNY BAG! IT IS A MAGIC NANNY BAG!"

*You get up and run as fast as you can to get to there and end up seeing Jack aiming a crossbow at Perrito*

Weird bug thing: "You're not gonna shoot a puppy are you Jack?"

Jack: "Yeah, in the face, why?"

*I take out my whip and grab one of his bakers and throw them at him*

Jack: "Stop throwing my men at me- oh, it's you..."

Y/N: "DROP THE DOG NOW JACK! NOW!"

Jack: "Okay, you want me to drop him? I'll drop him!"

Y/N: "NO!"

*Perrito falls to the ground but isn't actually harmed in the slightest, Jack looks angry*

Jack: "THAT'S IT! KILLING YOU ALL!"

*He tries shooting me with a unicorn horn but i jump to the ground and see Puss, i go over to him but the henchman holding him gets shot in the arm with a unicorn horn and explodes into confetti, i see Puss about to grab the map but we hear whistling behind us and look back to see the Bounty Hunter, both of us start to run away and into the forrest, everywhere we look we see the Bounty Hunter we get to a tree and start to breathe heavily but Perrito comes and lays his head on our laps and we start to pet him and calm down*

Perrito: "Guys, what's going on?"

Y/N: "Puss is... on his last life..."

Puss: "And we... we... we are afraid..."

Perrito: "It's okay to be afraid-"

Puss: "No! Not for us! We are never afraid! We are supposed to be fearless heroes, legends! But without lives to spare, i am nothing. And he is to afraid to let me be alone cause he thinks i will die."

*I then start to cough again, making Puss and Perrito look worried*

Perrito: "Y/N, are you okay?"

Y/N: "Yes. Don't ask me how i'm doing, we just gotta get to thats star to get Puss's wish so he gets his lives back."

Perrito: "You should tell Kitty-"

Puss: "No! She cannot hear of this. Kitty will not trust me, not after Santa coloma..."

Perrito: "But that was just one bad heist."

Y/N: "It wasn't a heist, we left her at the altar... well Puss did... but i just tagged along cause he's my best friend."

Puss: "I am ashamed..."

Y/N: "I am too..."

Puss: "I regret that night every day..."

Perrito: You two should tell her, it might make you feel better, it might make her feel better too."

Kitty: "Puss! Y/N! Dog! Oh there you are, what happened back there?"

Puss: "Kitty, i lost the map, i am sorry."

Kitty: "We'll get it back, we've been in worse pickles."

Puss: "WHO TOLD YOU THAT NAME? DID YOU!"

*He points at me*

Kitty: "What name?"

Puss: "Uh... nothing... THE BEARS! We have to find them before they get to the star!"

*TIMESKIP*

*I use my whip to get up to a high branch and wait for Kitty and Puss, eventually they get past me and Puss slips on a branch and it then breaks and Kitty grabs onto his hand, i just use my whip again and fling myself to be on the branch above Kitty*

Y/N: "Amateurs."

Puss: "Feel free to pull me up whenever you want."

Kitty: "Funny, last time i offered you my hand, you got cold feet."

Puss: "Yeah... about that... we are sorry about that... we are supposed to be fearless heroes... but that was the first time i ever felt fear... and i ran... it was a mistake Kitty."

Kitty: "It's okay."

Puss: "No, no! It was cowardly!"

Kitty: "It's okay."

Puss "You alone, at the altar!"

Kitty: "Puss-"

Puss: "In your beautiful poofy wedding dress!"

Kitty: "Puss, it's okay. I didn't show up either."

Puss & Y/N: "Wait, what?"

Puss: "What do you mean you didn't show up?"

Kitty: "Well, i knew i could never replace your one true self."

Puss: "Who?"

Kitty: "Yourself. The legend! I wasn'tgonna show up for that guy. But, you don't seem like that guy anymore."

*She then takes his hat and climbs to the top of the tree, i use my whip to get up there faster*

Perrito:"EVERYTHING OKAY UP THERE? I'M GIVING YOU A THUMBS UP JUST TO KNOW!"

Kitty & Y/N: "Puss!"

*He climbs up and sees the cabin*

Y/N: "Now, remember everyone, i don't want to end up.figjting these guys, they are my friends. So, we sneak in, no fighting."

Puss & Kitty: "Okay."

*They both give me a thumbs up*

Y/N: Okay team, let's go!"

*As we get down we go over to Perrito and we all put our hands on top over each others hands, and we let go*

Perrito: "Go TEAM FRIENDSHIP!"

Y/N: "Okay, there is no way in hell that i'm going to-"

*I start coughing again and everyone looks at me worried again*

Kitty: "Are you okay,"

Y/N: "YES! Now let's focus on getting the ma-"

*I start coughing even harder*

Kitty: "No! You are not okay! You are going to stay here!"

Y/N: "No i'm no-"

*I start coughing even more, and pass out*
