"Wake up, everyone, it's time to adventure!"
"...Ugh..."

Elijah was calling out for us from the outside, which was really annoying. As I opened my eyes, I realized that the Jirachi was in my arms, sleeping peacefully.

'(Last time I checked, Starlight was in their Poké Ball... Oh, well... who am I to complain?)' I thought, with a small, quiet giggle.

Sighing, I got up and carefully placed the Jirachi to sleep on my side of the made-up bed. I looked at my bag, debating whether switch the Ralts or just let Jirachi come as a companion and not as a battling one.

I looked to the side and decided it was best to keep it a secret from the others.

"Oh, morning, [Y/N]! You're ready for today?" Amelie asked me, to which I nodded at this.
"Yeah, how couldn't I? Elijah's annoying voice was heard the whole time I tried to sleep." I muttered the word 'annoying' for him to not hear.

But to be fair, I would have wanted to see him get upset because of that.

"What is the surprise, anyway?" I asked.

Amelie giggled. "You'll have to wait, right now I made food for the four of us!" She said.

I smiled with stars in my eyes at Amelie. Their cooking was spectacular the first time I tried, and it was obviously going to be the best now, too!

"What's with the noise?" We heard Tess say, noticing her walk up to us.

'(I'm guessing that she just woke up, too.)' I thought, laughing a little.
