"Ugh..."

It was the next day, and I had to snowboard my way down to the next gate. But as much as I tried to motivate myself to do it, I was scared and terrified on doing so.

Could you blame me? This was a hill, a very long one, in fact.

I looked down at my feet where I was standing on the Starboard, and let out a long sigh.

I knew that I had to throw myself so that I could arrive towards the next route, but I didn't want to risk getting myself hurt.

...Not when I'm not on armor, at least.

"This is gonna take a while." Starlight said, placing her small hand on her face.
"You said it Star!" Amber said, trying to mimic Star.

They both were watching me as I was trying to snowboard, but the memory from before kept lingering in my head.

'(What if I fall- What if this time I break a leg- WHAT IF-)'

Starlight had called out for me, breaking my bubble of thoughts.

And to be fair, that was for the better, because I was going to bring myself down with those thoughts.

"Wha?" Starlight and Amber looked confused at me. "Are you gonna snowboard or what?" Starlight said, to which I sighed and nodded.

"Sorry, it's just that everything that's happened... It's crazy. And because of that, I can't think straight." I told them. I sighed again and looked at the ground.
