"Seriously! What is wrong with..UGH!" Yuqi complained, her brain still slowly processing the information. She grasped her hair tightly and pulled against it. The growing ache was nothing compared to the increasing anxiety. Worriedness clouded Yuqi's mind as she nervously paced around the dirt-cladded grass. The tips were dyed with red, different shades. All mixing. Soojin stared at Minnie quietly.

"Hey, are you alright?" She asked, comforting the older. The latter choked back a sob.

"Did she..did she become one of them?" Minnie's bright eyes watered, the tears glistened and trickled down her cheeks. "I.." Her voice started to strain as Soojin stroked her back.

"HEY!" Soyeon shouted, her voice from the distance. Minnie and Soojin looked toward the short girl. Her blonde hair sweeping from the wind, she jumps up and down. Bouncing on her heels. "THERE'S A TRAIL HERE!" The voice was infused with pride. Soyeon kicked the head of an infected girl, the head bobbed from left to right. She grimaced at the gray pupils, the orbs rolling behind as Soyeon left. Yuqi quickly followed the blonde girl and she dragged Shuhua with her.

Soyeon and Shuhua started to wince, the growing burn in their hamstrings. Shuhua nervously glanced at Soojin, her process was much slower than the rest. The loss of blood delayed the movement, making the girl harder to stay conscious. Slumping, limping. Signs of fainting, Shuhua quickly ran back and caught the girl.

"Hey, you alright, unnie?" Shuhua questioned, "We won't leave you behind." She assured, tucking an arm to support the older. Soojin nodded weakly in response, her teeth gritted tighter.

"Seriously, we can't stay here forever." Soyeon complained, she thrusted her pale arms furiously in the air. "I can't believe it, one problem after another!" She started to protest as Yuqi glowered at the girl.

"Please, unnie. You could stay behind in some...wherever." Yuqi murmured, gesturing toward the emptiness. Wherever, whatever it was, Yuqi didn't care. "Soojin-unnie, you stay behind too and maybe keep Shushu with you." Soyeon stood up at the rebuke.

"Seriously? You?" Soyeon tiptoed up to reach Yuqi's brown, chocolatey orbs. "Look at me, you are such a chicken. Stay back, it's going to be safer for you..." Staring down, Soyeon could feel tears forming in her eyes. She looked away, blinking rapidly. "Dust in my eye." Soyeon mumbled, her voice slowly cracking. "Let's go, Soojin and Minnie-unnie. Again."

The sky was gray, dark clouds appeared in the sky. The sun, blocked by the furious clouds. Soojin looked up at the sky.

"You think it's gonna rain?" She questioned, admiring the puffiness growing darker and darker.

"I hope not." Minnie chuckled, her throat rasping as she swung her pale arms back and forth. She needed to see Miyeon safe, the desire to save someone. The desire to see her alive. Minnie sighed heavily. She started to twist her fingers uncomfortably. She prodded one foot before the other, stepping and stepping. Following the remains of the different crimson blood, one much less darker. The bright crimson. Grumbling as they walked, Soyeon started to complain. Once again.

"My legs hurt, unnie.." She whined. Soyeon grumbled loudly as she started to protest more consistently. "Can we take a break? We've been walking for hours and hours. I think I'm going to die." With much sarcasm, Soyeon plopped onto the rough cement. She stretched her legs and arms, the joints relaxing from their tightness. "What?" Soyeon asked, looking up at the older two. "I don't see any zombies."

"Yeah, I don't either." Soojin glared at the small laying girl. "Get up, idiot. We're going to leave you." She threatened.

"Hey wait! UNNIE!" Soyeon called as Soojin dragged Minnie away from the girl with her. "DON'T LEAVE ME!" She cried, chasing after the two silhouettes disappearing in the distance.

"Hm.." Minnie wondered, pacing quietly around the road. The stains of blood had erupted to an end...a while ago. "What are we going to do now?" She yelled in protest. Her machete slung and bounced against her thigh. She slumped forward to the earth. "Please!" She shouted, her whines grew more rapidly as she started to sprint toward the empty highway.

"HEY, UNNIE!" Soyeon screamed, struggling to chase after the taller girl. "WAIT UP! WE DON'T KNOW IF THERE ARE ZOMBIES!" She called, trying to threaten Minnie. But Minnie didn't stop running. Panting and panting as she ran, Minnie finally stopped and leaned against an abandoned hospital.

"Soojin?" Soyeon called, "Soojin-unnie?" She glanced back in worry, only to see the foggy distance. Minnie stared up at Soyeon, her eyes bagged and tired.

"What happened now? Do we go back?" She asked and she stood up quickly.

"Let's go." Soyeon mumbled, sprinting toward the dusty fog.

"Soojin?" Minnie squeaked, twisting her machete nervously against her palm. The fog was hindering her vision to see further beyond. "Soojin-yah?" Minnie yelled, her voice echoing as Soyeon shifted anxiously beside her. Minnie rubbed her eyes, it was growing more irritated from the particles in the fog. "Soojin!" She hissed, the chilly wind blew against her pale arms.

"Soojin-unnie, it's not funny." Soyeon mumbled, trying to grasp her small blade tightly. She slowly walked over to the patchy grass, her hands creating a shaded visor. "Soojin?" She called, looking at the moving silhouette moving towards her. "C'mon!" Soyeon jumped up and down, but the silhouette hunched and scooted slowly. She glared angrily and yanked Minnie, pulling themselves toward the moving shadow.

"Hey, Soojin-yah!" Minnie called, reaching to grab the girl's shoulder. The girl flipped back, Soojin snarled quietly. Her face darkened and turned deathly pale. Her eyes, oh, how her eyes were glistening the desire to gnaw on flesh. Soyeon screamed as she pushed the girl away. Soojin's body twisted uncomfortably and crawled at an inhumane speed toward the smaller girl.

"Get away from me!" Soyeon yelled, kicking Soojin's shoulders. The fabric pulled back to reveal a large bit painted across her shoulder. The deep penetrating bite punctured the dark, bloody flesh. Blood still trickled from her arm, the remains of it.

"What are you doing?" Minnie cried, "Kill her," She grunted, trying to imagine someone else in Soojin's place.

"I can't.." Soyeon's eyes welled with tears, "She was like my sister...I can't." She mumbled, fleeing from the site at the same time Minnie sighed and slammed her rusty machete against Soojin's neck.
