Miyeon sucked in a deep breath, this girl was way familiar. Minnie ignored the inhale, she raised her arms, pulling up the sleeve.

"See this?" She pointed at the small dagger, toward the tip of her sleeve. Minnie tugged the sleeve upward, revealing a series of scars. The punctures, all short. The size of fingernail scratches. "A zombie did that." Minnie loosened her gaze. Shuhua stared at the scars, she winced. Shuhua whimpered, grabbing her ears, hugging them tight. She twisted her body, covering the majority with her arms and legs.

"Hey! What are you doing to Shuhua-yah!" Yuqi demanded. She hugged Shuhua, "It's alright. Nothing's wrong." Yuqi glared at Minnie, penetrating her with the glower.

"I didn't do anything!" Minnie pointed, she shrugged her shoulders.

"Shuhua! SHUHUA!" Yuqi shook Shuhua harshly.

"Please, please don't.." The girl pleaded, her grip hard. Her palms were sweaty. The fingers fumbling with Yuqi's shirt. "Don't hit me." She mumbled, tears straining her eyes. "Please..." Shuhua's voice was strained, begging for mercy.

"I-i..Shuhua..Why didn't you tell me..?" Yuqi sniffled, hugging Shuhua tightly. "Who did it?"

"Eoppa and eomma.." Her whisper was lower. Soojin shifted uncomfortably, the girl was now different under her perspective. She needed protection. Minnie sighed.

"Guys, were my scars that cool?" She chuckled, feeling a darting stab toward her ribs. Miyeon craned her elbow back. Don't make a joke about it. Her look said it all. Minnie shrunk under her glare. Yuqi growled deeply.

"I'm going to kill them.." She grasped her palms, clenching them together. Wait. Yuqi thought, I already did. She ignored the thought, trying to comfort the scared girl. "Hey, M-minnie, I believe, you can continue your story if Shuhua-yah can handle it." Shuhua nodded weakly, eyes still welled with tears.

"Sure," Minnie shrugged, coolly. "So...where was I?" She looked at Miyeon, then to Soojin, and then she moved her gaze to Soyeon. "Hmm. Oh actually, let me start from the beginning. I suppose you want to know that, Miyeon."

"I had transferred here to Seoul, not long ago. My father and mother sent me off to a so-called, 'boarding school.' I guess NIA isn't that bad." She paused to breathe in while chuckling slightly.

"Get to the damn point already." Soyeon grumbled, growing impatient.

"I'm going to." Minnie argued, "Senior year, not bad, huh? New school." She sighed deeply before forming words again. "I ditched." She looked at Miyeon for her reaction. "I didn't like it. People made fun of me, they were racist. I hated them. I hated everything."

"I'm sorry, I didn't know.." Miyeon squeaked. Minnie shrugged the comforting words off, continuing.

"My grades were dropping, fast. I knew I wouldn't be able to come back with my grades low. The teachers weren't much help either, they didn't care. So, I bought this hut with the much money I had and stayed here for about 8 months." Yuqi gasped, her mouth hanging as she stared at Minnie shocked.

"You have a job?"

"Nope." Minnie smiled, "That's the point. I'm self-made." She mimicked the crinkle of fresh crisp bills.

"THAT'S NOT THE FUCKING POINT!" Soyeon yelled, "YOU'RE NOT SELF-MADE WITH THAT KIND OF DIRTY MONEY!" Soojin nodded, completely agreeing.

"What does that have to do with anything?"

"I'm getting to the point!" Minnie protested. "C'mon guys! Bear with me!"

"Enough!" Yuqi shouted, causing a halt. "We're wasting enough time with this story that has no freaking point! We should actually do something productive. If you want to save your sorry lives." She blew a heavy breath. The small hut was growing hot, of fury. She couldn't handle the waste of time. Every hour, minute, second was precious. Yet, they were wasting it.

"Yuqi-unnie," Shuhua whispered, still hugging the honey-haired girl, "Are we leaving again? Your car already broke down."

"Shushu, I think you should stay back. Miyeon-unnie, you too. Probably even you, Minnie-unnie." Yuqi suggested, gesturing to the weapons.

"Seriously?" Soyeon disputed, "You? Are you sure? I think Minnie would be a better candidate." She pointed at Yuqi's small frame and then to Minnie's taller frame.

"Y-you! What? Seriously, I should have left you behind!" Yuqi complained.

"Say what?" Soyeon retorted, her tone was filled with mockery. "I'll be leaving with Soojin-unnie and Minnie–er–unnie."

"Whatever." Yuqi harrumphed.

"Damn. We have to walk?" Minnie complained, stretching her aching legs. It had been a week since she stayed with the other girls, Minnie just had to rant. Especially Yuqi, she was acting like the oldest. The sharp pain was growing from her calves. Her cold hands were clutching the sleek handle of a dagger, reeking with blood.

"Apparently, the car broke." Soyeon scoffed, fighting the urge to dance with the machete. She nervously glanced at Soojin, trying to test her luck. Only to receive a glare back. Don't do it. Soojin's intimidating glare penetrated Soyeon's fluke. She grumbled.

"Does she talk?" Minnie pointed to Soojin. The girl scowled.

"Duh, I talk. I said too much around the others." Soojin groaned, she had always been quiet with everyone. But now...Why am I saying so much? Soojin thought.

"Are we there yet?" Minnie whined, "I shouldn't have ditched school. Maybe physical education was really useful."

"It is." Soyeon agreed. "I think we're close." She pointed toward the distance. A hardware store.
