"Ivan !!"

"Brother... How did this happen? "

Kamol's gaze shifted between Ivan and Kim... Kim seemed to be pretty neutral about Ivan's appearance...

Day and Itt tensed ... and despite Itt tugging Day to go out... Day didn't budge...

"Ivan... What are you doing here.."

Kamol was at the edge of his sanity... Ivan really is the last person Kamol wants to see here

And what if he didn't heed Kamol's warnings and Danil tagged along... What if this was the last straw and Kim decided to leave him... this time for good...

"Visiting my brother! Did you expect me to hear about this and sit idly by... I made an acquaintance of your lovely Kim as well.."

It was getting too much already... Kamol felt pain spread all the way from his side... He was trying to remain cool but he felt that slipping fast...

Kim moved to him and placed his hand on his uninjured shoulder... He was trying to settle him when he saw his eyes crinkle in pain.

"Now now... let's all be civil ... How are you doing, Day... lovely meeting you... Is that your lover ?"

"Ivan.. Sir.. "

Ivan decided to shift his attention back to Kamol since the room seemed to grow tenser...

"Brother... What happened..."

Kamol took a deep breath to steel himself...

"Danai decided to put his hands on someone who is my entire world... and he expected that I would sit idle while he threatened his life... "

"I see... I wonder if Danai has been dealt with ?"

"I don't think it's a possibility that I would just let him go... "

Ivan nodded in understanding...

"Get well soon, Kamol... Kim! A word if you please.."

Kamol and Day tensed ...

"Sure.."

"I take you and Kamol is ok now ?"

The question took Kim by surprise...

"Yes ?! Why do you ask ?"

"He gave up so much for you, I raised Kamol.. trust me when I say this... I have never seen him attached to anyone like this.."

Kim was flabbergasted..

"I don't want you to be wary of me as well... I will never let harm come to you both.. no matter what.."

"Isn't that a hard promise to make?"

"No, Kim... I mean it... I might have let Kamol go for you, but that doesn't mean that I will let Kamol get hurt while I watch.. and certainly doesn't mean that I will let some scum like Danai lay a finger on my brother"

Ivan smiled at Kim...

"and If he misbehaves... I will set him straight for you as well.."

Kim smiled ...

"Unfortunately, I cannot stay for long.. someone will take care of Danai already, I don't want you to ever worry about that or any other thing... you know what I mean"

Kim nodded... Ivan will make sure Kim and Kamol never have to worry about Danil making a move against them

"take care of my brother, Kim... He loves you more than life itself... now I will head to the airport... I will see you later, brother-in-law"
